This brochure want to show the different solutions of re-use for Villa Annetta, as commercial, residential, hotel and others. Villa Annetta is a prestigious villa of the end of Eighty Century in Faggeto Lario, village between Como and Bellagio. A park of about 88264 Ft2 (8200 m2) surrounde Villa Annetta, with valuable and secular trees, that it extends in a dominant position and has a panoramic view of Como Lake. The main building of 1888 is characterized from a classical colonnade that offers an amazing landscape. The propriety is composed by two others rural buildings located on terracing on the ovest side of the Villa where there is the best sun exposition. The property has also a close docking for the boats. In the following pages it is shown the projects development to adapt the villa to the market request: prestigious villa, apartaments, hotel with restaurant, conversion of the two rural building in a new small house and in a welness area with outdoor pool. Furthermore an extra volume of existent buildings permit to realize two new villa in the surrounded park .
La seguente brochure ha lo scopo di illustrare le diverse destinazioni d’uso di Villa Annetta quali, commerciali, residenziali, alberghiero o altro ancora. Villa Annetta è una prestigiosa villa storica di fine Ottocento situata in Faggeto Lario, paese del lago che sorge tra Como e Bellagio. La Villa è immersa in un parco di 8.200 m2, composto da specie arboree secolari, che si estende in posizione dominante godendo di una vista panoramica del lago. L’architettura principale, del 1888, è caratterizzata da un colonnato in stile classico che regala diversi scorci panoramici. Fanno parte della proprietà altri due edifici dal carattere rurale, che disposti sui tipici terrazzamenti a ovest della Villa godono di un ottima esposizione solare. La proprietà dispone inoltre di un vicino attracco a lago. Nelle pagine seguenti vengono documentati i progetti sviluppati in un’ottica di adattamento flessibile alle varie situazioni richieste dal mercato: prestigiosa villa unica, appartamenti di prestigio, hotel con ristorante, trasformazione dei due rustici esistenti in una abitazione e in un’area benessere con piscina annessa. Grazie ad un aumento di volume degli edifici esistenti si realizzano sul terreno di pertinenza due nuove ville.
