Terms

Once the buyer has made payment, the sale staff will notify the seller to release purchased lots. Once the items have been paid in full by the BUYER they will be released by the seller.

NOTE It is the responsibility of the BUYER to call the SELLER and request shipping or call the storage facility and arrange shipping or extend the storage under your name. Sale management will assume no risk or responsibility to acquire or ship any purchases.

All embryos offered are grade ones and/or grade two and all are guaranteed alike. All are conventional ET or IVF. All sellers guarantee all packages with one 60 day Pregnancy when embryos are implanted:

A) Implants take place in one calendar year

B) Transfers are performed by a licensed embryologist

C) If you do not establish at least one 60 day pregnancy you will be given an additional embryo from the seller of the same matting. If one is not available, one of similar value.

It is the responsibility of the seller to release the embryos to the buyer after they have been notified of payment in full. Sale management will assume no risk or responsibility to release or ship any purchases.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS and/or INSURANCE on EMBRYOS and SEMEN.

Bidder Registration and Terms

We will be using the buyer number system at this auction. You will have to register with the clerks prior to the bidding. Terms will be cash or good check with proper I.D. Payment should be made at the conclusion of the sale. Payments on lots not settled for sale night should be sent immediately to Stock Options Marketing --- Box 27, West Alexandria, OH 45381

Online Buyers

We ask that all payments be made by March 5th, so prompt settlement may be made. All invoices will be sent by email to the email you registered with to CCI. live if you do not receive your email in 24 hours please contact sale management.

Liability

Persons in attendance of this sale do so at their own risk. Owners, sale facility, sale management or its staff, cannot be held responsible for accidents that may occur. It is understood that the auctioneer, sale management, and its staff serve only as agents between buyer and seller, thus cannot be held responsible financially, or otherwise, for any duties or warranties expressed or implied. This catalog was compiled by the sale management with information supplied by the sellers and is believed to be honest and accurate as presented. Sale management will in no way warranty pedigree &breeding information. All adjustments are between buyer and seller.

You will be able to view the sale live at WWW.CCI.LIVE. No login will be required. If you would like to bid on any lots, please request bidding credentials prior to 3 p.m. local time sale day.

Right To Flush

A minimum of six (6), Grade One, transferable embryos are guaranteed to the Buyer. In the event the chosen cow does not produce a minimum of six (6) embryos, the buyer will have the option of flushing the cow again until the minimum and only the minimum of six embryos is met. All other guarantees are specified within each lot, those guarantees will be between the buyer and the seller.

Buyer is responsible for all costs related to flush.

All announcements from block take precedence over printed material
