Selling an IVF or Conventional Flush. Guarantee of 6 transferrable embryos. Simply put, RF Makin Smoke is a dam of champions with multiple progeny being listed as a top 10 AICA show bull and female of the year including: Carrs Mr Ignite, 2024 Show Bull of the Year and Carrs Mr Burnout, 2022 Show Bull Of the Year.
Carrs Mr Ignite, owned with Bar J Charolais, will go down in the record books as the winningest Charolais show bull ever. Since the inception of the Roll of Excellence show program, Ignite was the first bull to amass more than 200 points in a single show season. Ignite also garnered two all-breed titles being named 3rd Overall Supreme Bull at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville and 5th Overall Supreme Bull at Cattlemen’s Congress.
Makin Smoke also has a young Insider daughter on the show road that is collecting banners, recently being named Reserve Grand Female at the 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
The ideal Charolais female, 641 is long, angular, powerful and feminine. Two of her best qualities she injects into her females are her beautiful udder design and massive capacity. She has daughters working in several purebred herds around the country and in Canada. The easy part of the decision is to purchase this flush, the hard part is deciding who you will mate her to. 641 has cemented herself as one of the most consistent donors in the last few years. Mated to Insider, Outsider, Resource, Redemption, Summit, Atlas and Cash Em’ In have all resulted in progeny of quality and merit. Don’t miss this opportunity to add these dominant genetics to your operation. She is open and ready to flush at Flying Cow Genetics.

Selling one flush with six guaranteed embryos and a cap of 12. If more are produced, buyer can negotiate with seller for additional embryos.
This is the hottest female line in the breed right now. These cows are herd bull makers and home run hitters. This was the first of the full sisters or full sisters in blood to leave M6 as an eight to 10-month-old heifer and all she has done has increased her value every day of her life since moving to the Bluegrass State. This family is behind Capitalist and Historic. 5149 is a prolific embryo producer and several donors have resulted from these matings. The winning bidder could purchase semen on RHC’s Silver Gun son Gun Show for the flush because it is proving to be one her better sire groups. Linebred to Germaine on the bottom side, these females have taken that maternal dominance of a line that has been in the breed since the
’60s to a new level. She is in the top 20% for YW; 5% Milk; 7% MTL; 25% SC; 15% REA; 20% MARB and 10% TSI. She has five pages of progeny and her embryos or calves have sold to some good cattlemen up and down the line.
2A: Selling three conventional embryos by JMAR Jefferson 8M11.
One pregnancy guaranteed
Everywhere I visit the ABS bull Jefferson is making an impact. It doesn’t take long to find his offspring because they rise to the top. Jefferson himself has an excellent EPD profile. He’s in the top 2% for TSI and excels in many traits across the board. This could be the breed’s next female sire because they have the look and plenty of maternal from his dam’s side of the pedigree.
2B: Selling three conventional embryos by FH Gun Runner 2024 P.
One pregnancy guaranteed.
What an opportunity. With the success rate she has had with Gun Show that is about a threequarter brother to Gun Runner this could be one of those can’t miss matings while bringing a little added performance to the table. Gun Runner’s first sons highlighted the Rennert Ranch bull sale and he is a herd bull. He is in the top 10% or better for eight traits and you couldn’t make one better than his mother.

There isn’t much of this semen stockpiled anywhere and most waited too long to see what he would do and now they are looking to use this outcross herd bull. He is a complete sire. He sires cattle that grow, maybe the best sire of udder quality the breed has ever seen and they make tremendous cows. It’s often debated if one should look for a son as their next herd bull or buy a daughter and make him, for me that’s an easy question to answer. His “Old School” pedigree probably had some scratching their heads about the sires in each generation, but he has proven to be a great outcross sire and the old timers know exactly what’s behind this bull. Sons and daughters are topping sales across the country and Joe Garcia has a son that’s the only bull in the breed “in the green” for every trait. His growth, carcass and a 351 TSI pretty much tell the story. Take advantage of this opportunity to reach out and get these genetics to flush your top donor, you won’t be disappointed.

Selling three conventional embryos by VPI Free Lunch 708T. One pregnancy guaranteed.
This young female really brings it when you see her in person. She was the $15,000 pick of the herd at Fox Hollow and she found a good home. Her mother is 13 and hasn’t missed a beat and had her full sister last fall, that won’t leave. She is from the famed Elvira family, another line that has stood the test of time. A full brother is the herd bull for Joe Garcia in Georgia. We are always searching to find matings that work every time and it seems the Free Lunch and Silver Gun genetics are very compatible. Another rare mating because there isn’t much Free Lunch Semen available.
Offered by Rolling Hills Charolais & Double R Dees
Selling three conventional embryos by CCR GHC Grandview 9032P. One pregnancy guaranteed. The rare matings keep coming because there is no Grandview semen left. This female was a $12,000 purchase at Fox Hollow and she gets the job done. Her mother had her last calf at 12 so you have to love the longevity bred in here. She has a perfect udder, a good look and is maybe a tick bigger in her kind. When you get one this good you have to multiply her through embryo transfer. Study her picture, you’re going to like this one. Offered by Kasey Taylor
6A: Selling three conventional embryos by SVY Historic 241K. One pregnancy guaranteed. These good Silver Gun daughters are hitting the donor pen running. The females hold just as much promise if not more than the sons. This is the ABS bull Jefferson’s mother and we all know what he’s doing out there in terms of creating profitable genetics. This is a good opportunity to acquire genetics from the Select Sires bull Historic. When a breeder can stack cow families it’s always a good thing and females the caliber of F136 and 484 don’t come a long every day. Each female is known to produce herd bulls and value-added offspring.
6B: Selling three embryos by WC Encompass 0507. One pregnancy guaranteed. Encompass sires dollar generating bulls and females. Combined here with Jefferson’s mother this could be a whole different genetic package. These cattle will have an impeccable EPD
Selling three conventional embryos by WC Encompass 0507. It’s like a buffet, you have your pick of the embryos out of these great Silver Gun daughters. This young female topped the Fink sale as a heifer; I think there’s a theme here, Siver Gun makes top-selling females. The opportunity to share these genetics is one that most should take advantage of because genetic improvement is easy to come by with complete females that have an unrivaled EPD profile and are all at the top of the breed for TSI. Mating these females to Encompass for added look and style could be the next cross that works.

profile and be in high demand. Put the power of genetics to good use and help yourself here with something that should be highly proven and almost can’t miss.
6C: Selling three embryos by LT Blue Value 7903. One pregnancy guaranteed. A new school female combined with an “old school” female maker. This mating is highly maternal and could make the next hit in the donor pen. Sometimes it’s not all bad to turn back the clock a little to add a little different dimension. Silver Gun and the Blue Grass line has been highly successful.

Selling three embryos by WC Encompass 0507. One pregnancy guaranteed. This is a full sister to Hondo that topped the Fink bull sale a few years back. She has somewhat of an outcross pedigree, but still maintains her EPD integrity. Many won’t remember her paternal grandsire Flash, he was carcass before carcass genetics were cool. He was the first one breeders looked to that would improve carcass quality. At the time this was very important to our end product consumer. This is another chance to take advantage of the added performance and look of Encompass on a well-bred female.

It’s hard to put into words what Madelyn has meant to the SKS program. She is the dam of the National Champion Super Puncher. Puncher wasn’t Lighning in a bottle, 622 has five sons and daughters that were named Grand or Reserve at major shows in the last year and a half. Her last 7 daughters have averaged north of $18K. SKS is selling a choice of embryo packages that were all mated to add look, style and complement her power. If you’re looking for the next show heifer any one of these matings will make her. Selling an IVF cycle. Six embryos guaranteed. 68H is the next donor to come to the forefront at Skeans. She is next in line to lead the donor pen. Her first ET calf walked off the trailer from the calf raiser and promptly brought $14K so there is a lot of future here. Her mother is sired by the $105,000 Bells and maybe as good of a cow as there is in Gainesville. Everyone knows her sire is a Denver Champion and he just sired the National Champion bull. Compared to all of that hype, the Greta influence is just icing on the cake. Her pedigree allows her to be mated many different ways.

Selling three conventional embyos by M6 New Standard 842 P ET. One pregnancy guaranteed.
467 was one of the best Bells daughters ever. It seemed every year her calves would rise to the top. Some daughters are scattered around the country and a son is an exciting herd bull in Western Oklahoma. Genetics like this will never steer you wrong and as some of the genetics from the old M6 program start to fade, because Father Time waits on no one, take advantage. There are so many good cows here a daughter could be an excellent breeding piece.
Offered by Skeans Cattle Co.
Selling 10 units of semen. This is close to the last of the Number 1 marbling bull in the breed. The old Select Sires bull has done awfully well over the years. So many Silver Gun daughters are being added

She is due this fall to our walking herd sire, BE LF Sir Charles 313, who is a Redemption son out of a daughter of the great Berkley cow.

Jr. Sullivan has been one of the most loyal customers you could ask for. He has supported the Strafford sales year after year. When I asked him for some consignments there was never a doubt. He went and hand picked five of his best heifers. The thing they have in common is they all have good cows in their pedigree. Three of these are half sisters, but all five should stay together because they get their lunch pail and go to work every day. These heifers will not disappoint and adapt to any program. Help yourself here and take advantage of the years of dedication the Sullivan family has put into the Charolais breed.

There is a group of four half and full sisters here and the pick was designed to offer something that could go to the 50th Junior Nationals in Springfield. All four of these heifers, except the two ETs, are a little different in their own right. Unfortunately, due to the rough weather this winter, it was hard enough getting cows fed, much less finding the picture pen. Brightside sired the National Champion bull and National Champion cow/calf pair in Louisville. Many sons and daughters have found the back drop and from what I have seen they are very docile and easy to handle for any level showman. Your pick must be made by May 1, 2025.

This one may be the farthest a long in her development. Very balanced, smooth and big bellied with her mother’s power. The extra power is what separates her from the rest. Offered by TLC Cattle

Taking nothing away from her full ET sister, this young lady could be the sleeper of the bunch. She just has that “it” factor—choke fronted, a foot on every corner and that special look. She’s good hipped and I think with a little time she could be something special.
