Lee Zinser
Founder of Cellarworks Co-founder of ViniumXtremus LLC. Lee Zinser was born in North Hollywood, California. He spent his early years in project management for private and corporate clients in Sydney, Australia, California, and New York City. He completed the Intermediate Certification with WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) and then founded Cellarworks, a New York City based design firm specializing in the creation of custom wine cellars. His firm has offices and resources in New York, London, and Sydney. As a principle of Cellarworks, he has accepted and completed commissions all around the world.
Philip Hedger Co - founder and Principal of VinumXtremus LLC. Philip has studied wine and cooking over many years and has advised on specialist and technical wine related matters. Philip is also an accountant and lawyer, and has trained as a chef. His professional wine qualifications include: ~ Wines and Spirits Education Trust (WSET): Diploma in Wines and Spirits (Merit) ~ Wines and Spirits Education Trust: Professional Certificate in Spirits ~ Bordeaux L’Ecole du Vin: Certificate in Bordeaux Education ~ The Wine Academy of Spain: Certified Spanish Wine Educator ~ Society of Wine Educators: Certified Specialist of Wine Philip is currently pursuing the examinations of the Institute of Masters of Wine to qualify as a Master of Wine (MW).
