PARTNERSHIPSother
Two kind of sponsors
The event showcases a remarkable balance between lifestyle and equestrian partners. This unique blend of partners adds a distinct flavor to the event, appealing to a diverse audience.
On one hand, there are equestrian-focused partners such as renowned equine equipment manufacturers or equestrian service suppliers who play a pivotal role in supporting the sport’s development.
On the other hand, there’s a significant presence of lifestyle sponsors, including luxury fashion or drinks, and high-end automobile manufacturers offering attendees an elevated experience beyond the equestrian competitions.
LIFESTYLEvillages
Beyond the arena
The Brussels Stephex Masters takes pride in elevating the overall experience for its attendees by exhibiting different sectors in a Lifestyle Village. This assembly of exhibitors creates a distinctive atmosphere by expanding the event to non-equestrian attendees.
Doubling down on luxury
This year’s Lifestyle Village displayed a total of 25 meticulously curated shops. Which is a doubling of size compared to last year. What made this expansion even more remarkable was the introduction of a clear demarcation between a Lifestyle Village and an Equestrian Village, creating a distinct and immersive atmosphere for visitors.
Tailored to all sectors
The separation of the two villages allowed attendees to seamlessly transition between the worlds of equestrian quality and upscale shopping. Ensuring that we cater to the various interests of our diverse audience the Lifestyle Village featured an impressive array of shops catering to all tastes. A bridal shop expanded its network; a candy store brought joy and laughter to young attendees and a dogs’ supplement company found success. This reveals the event’s broad appeal and knack for connecting diverse businesses with their target audiences.
“The stands were very well maintained and nicely decorated with personalised signs. There was a super attention for detail. For us, this was a great experience!”
- Manager Direct Sales, Butternut Box Kamiel Langbroek
Branded Jumps

PARTNERvisibility
Branded jumps
Personalized jumps are not only part of the sport, but they give brands the opportunity to go creative with their branding. This provided long lasting visibility and an ongoing media attention.
Product placement
We want to bring the best of sport, hospitality and brand exposure together. This beneficial arrangement is tailored to our partners wishes.
Led boarding
Dynamic ads or looped logos provide a pole position to our partners’ presence. During all classes the whole arena colors in the branding of our sponsors. This led boarding is situated all over the different arenas, with a visibility span all around the field. This way your branding is at a premium spot seen by all of our VIP guests and the public visitors.
Stephex Magazine
This year we were proud to come up with a new approach to our program book. The Stephex Magazine that contained more behind the scenes, which has captured the attention of the audience. This made sure that the magazine advertisements had an extended visibility.
Class sponsors
Every class had its sponsor, this gave partners the possibility of having a representative present at the award ceremony. A unique opportunity to showcase your brand and the prize to our audience.
LOGISTICALdetails
The venue
Two grand VIP tents took center stage, offering an unparalleled experience for our distinguished guests. What’s even more exciting is the addition of an additional floor to one of these tents, a new feature that provides guests with an even better view of the arena. And a covered grandstand with a capacity of 468 seatings, a service that was a much appreciated addition. In terms of infrastructure, our commitment to quality was visible through the creation of additional grass arenas and paddocks.
As the participants and their horses during this edition have almost doubled, the organisation took the challenge to double the provided stable places. These expansions made sure we doubled the stabling capacity for the equine athletes compared to last year. This ensured their comfort and well-being throughout the event.
After a first edition at this showground last year, 2022, we have a good understanding of the space that we needed to create in the agricultural surroundings of the location.
Long term suppliers
Our long-term partnerships with key logistical and supplier companies are integral to the success of the Brussels Stephex Mastears. Roose ensures equine comfort, BHV constructs our tent facilities, Max EQP provides sound and light, Intermetal made sure we had electricity and heating, and Eland collaborates on decor and VIP experiences.
These enduring relationships are the foundation of our event’s continued success.

During the Nations Cup and Grand Prix we have been reporting live from a new studio at the venue. We have had the opportunity to have studio talks presented by Ruben Van Gucht, a Belgian sport presentator.
Ruben was accompanied for two different moments. Just before the H&H Nations Cup he talked with Koen Vereecke and Niels Bruynseels, riders from Team Belgium. Before the Rolex Grand Prix he had the occassion to have a talk with Dirk de Meersman, a Belgian Olympic equestrian rider.
“We see several early buyers returning to us because they are so satisfied with the sports horses they purchased from us as foals. That’s the most beautiful compliment!”

Dedication and passion
The Stephex Exclusive Breeding Collection is an annual highlight at the Brussels Stephex Masters. A pinnacle event which is the result of the dedicated work and immense passion of Stephex Stables on one hand and breeders Haras De La Pomme and Stal Kattenheye on the other.
16 auctioned lots
The total sales amount of the Stephex Exclusive Breeding Collection was 790,000 euros. On average, the hammer came down at 49,000 euros. Crunchy Pommex Z (Catoki x Emerald | Mother: Jeunesse van ‘t Paradijs) was sold for 68,000 euros, making it the auction topper of 2023. This mare is a fine example of the philosophy behind the Pommex breeding: A world-famous champion mother, a proven sire, stunning looks, and amazing movement.
