Influenced by both the riverside location of Battersea Reach and its extensive landscaping, the schemes have been inspired by three riverside parks of distinction in London; Richmond Park, Greenwich Park and Kew Gardens.

The starting point for this interior scheme is the Royal Park of Greenwich, which dates back to 1427 and is home to the Queen’s House designed by the renaissance architect Inigo Jones. One of the characteristics of the Queen’s House is the distinguished Portland stone, which is a beautiful warm cream. This tonal quality is extended into the apartment finishes in a fresh and light colour scheme.
This colour palette is inspired by the royal hunting grounds of Richmond Park and the warm hues of the fallow and red deer at home within the grasslands. The soft tones evoke images of the deer resting amongst the leaves fallen from ancient trees. In the interior design, the walnut flooring and joinery provides a solid base to the rich texture and colour of the stone, glass and tiles in the rest of the apartment.
