MORELLO II Residential Towers Gen. Contractor: Sir Robert Mc Alpine The £350m regeneration scheme has already delivered 300 new apartments close to East Croydon rail station; the second phase will provide a further 456 units across three separate buildings.

These are two 25-storey towers called the Morello Estate, which will feature 338 apartments, whilst the adjacent Cherry Orchard Gardens, a nine-storey building, will provide 118 units for shared ownership and social rent.

CHERRY PARK Residential Towers General Contractor: URW Cherry Park is a residential development next to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre in London E20. The £670 Mn Private Rented Sector (PRS) residential scheme will be one of London's largest singlesite PRS schemes. The construction began in the second quarter of 2019 and is scheduled for completion by 2023.

The Cherry Park Development will provide 1,224 PRS homes across three residential towers and mansion blocks.

VICTORIA SQUARE Residential Towers Gen. Contractor: Sir Robert Mc Alpine The project of the new Hilton Hotel is included within Victoria Square redevelopment plan in Woking, which provides the construction of 11,000 square meters for commercial use and 3 new towers developed around the public square. The new hotel, strategically located a few steps from the train station and less than 30 minutes from London, will play a key role in the redevelopment of the area.

VICTORIA SQUARE Residential Towers Gen. Contractor: Sir Robert Mc Alpine

The two towers included within Victoria Square redevelopment plan in Woking, 30 and 34 floors respectively, will be for residential use and will host 429 hightech apartments of different sizes served by porters, outdoor gardens and common areas for residents, while the third tower, 23-storey, will include a 4-stars Hilton hotel with 184 rooms and 12 suites.

THE MADISON Residential Tower General Contractor: Balfour Beatty The 53-storey residential tower designed by internationally renowned Make Architects, located a few minutes from Canary Wharf, set new standards in London high-rise living, offering apartments meeting Lifetime Homes' standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.

The Madison will provide 423 new high level apartments, including 104 affordable homes; all residents of the tower will enjoy a private club, a small cinema and a gym on the 16th floor.

DOLLAR BAY Residential Tower General Contractor: Mount Anvil Dollar Bay offers apartments with stunning views of Canary Wharf, the financial heart of London.
