» » » » The state-of-the-art video and audio transmission system uses multicarrier modulation schemes to ensure a proper and disturbance-free transmission of digital data. The signals will be distributed among a large number of close spaced orthogonal sub-carriers. That is why the system is relatively immune to multipath distortion and signal fading and therefore ideal in urban environments, where a lot of signal reflections occur. These reflections do not reach the receiver all at the same time, what caused considerable problems with wireless systems in the past. COFDM receivers evaluate and use all incoming signals for demodulation, so that phenomena like ghost pictures will be avoided reliably. A direct line-of-sight between transmitter and receiver is no longer required. One of the major benefits provided by digital video transmission systems is the integrated error correction. It ensures a solid and reliable video quality and protects against dropouts and identikits. The increased use of wireless networks in private, commercial and industrial applications leads to an increase of interference and over crossing problems with analogue systems. Especially for applications where an undisturbed video transmission was impossible because of difficult environmental conditions, digital wireless systems will play an important role in future. Diversity receivers improve the transmission even more, for instance in studios, stadiums or exhibition halls. Most important features of the system » Development, production and customisation at EDBoX » Three available frequency ranges for mobile applications: 1.4GHz, 2.3GHz and 5.8GHz » Two frequency ranges in one device (DUAL option) with simple switch-over function via menu, 2.3GHz and 5.8GHz » Systems for use in licence free ISM bands 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz » Many interfaces for maximum compatibility, modifications for your terminal equipment on request

EDBoX1200tx - the multifunctional video transmitter you were waiting for to close the gap between elaborate cable installations and expensive wireless cameras. Competitive price, compact and robust housings, many functional interfaces and its transcendent signal transmission reliability make the EDBoX1200tx your ideal solution for any live performance. No licence is required to operate the transmitter, which makes the DUAL transmitter suitable for almost all scenes of shooting. Here you can benefit from the helpful interfaces which enable you to adjust the transmitter quickly and easily depending on the local conditions and requirements. All parameters are freely adjustable at any time, this saves precious working time and effort and is therefore a big advantage compared to complicated conventional wireless cameras. Power supply is no problem anymore. The transmitter can be fed via battery V-mount or any other mobile power source available.
