2011 Attendee Choice Winner “Exhibiting Ag Flag at World Ag Expo 2011 gave us more exposure than we could have imagined. We met 3-4 times more customers than we could have at any other event and sold more products at the expo than we expected. We also came in contact with several U.S. and International companies expressing interest in becoming dealers and distributors. Since the expo we have had daily inquiries and orders from domestic and international customers. The media exposure was tremendous;

General Agriculture Section The General Agriculture Section spans the largest portion of the grounds, including the majority of outside exhibit spaces and Pavilions A, B, C and D. For the large machinery retailer, outside exhibit spaces allow the flexibility of a fully customizable exhibit. Spaces in the outside General Agriculture Section start at 40 feet by 40 feet. Additional exhibit spaces can be added to make a big statement even larger, ensuring that your company is noticed by the tens of thousands of attendees who walk by each day. Dairy Section
Tulare County is home to the world’s largest dairy operations. Combining their production with neighboring counties in the Central Valley makes California the leader in the dairy industry. The Dairy Section, home to more than 600 dairy exhibit spaces, is located in the South East section of the show grounds and includes both outdoor exhibit spaces and the Farm Credit Dairy Center. Similar to the General Agriculture section, Outdoor Dairy Section spaces start at 40 feet by 40 feet and can be enlarged by adding adjoining spaces. The Dairy Section was expanded in 2008, to allow an additional 100,000 square feet for exhibitors needing larger areas to display their products. FARM CREDIT DAIRY CENTER The 76,000-square-foot Farm Credit Dairy Center is the epicenter of the newest and most innovative technologies in the dairy industry. Exhibit spaces in the Farm Credit Dairy Center start at 10 feet by 10 feet and can be enlarged by adding additional adjacent spaces up to 20 feet wide by 130 feet long. Space Assignment Request
R
eturning World Ag Expo exhibitors receive First Right of Refusal on all previously occupied spaces from the 2011 Expo until May 31, 2011. After the deadline, World Ag Expo staff will begin filling space assignment requests in the order that they are received.
To request an exhibit space in a particular area, fill-out the “Request for Exhibit Space” form with the exhibit space details. All requests for exhibit space, must be accompanied with payment for the space assignment request to be processed. Once processed, perspective exhibitors will
be contacted with space availability to determine a final exhibit location. If you have any questions about space assignment requests, please contact World Ag Expo staff 1.800.999.9186 or e-mail waesales@farmshow.org. ■
Temporary Event Health Permits
T
he following guidelines must be adhered to by all World Ag Expo exhibitors/vendors: • Temporary event permits will be required for any of the following: 1.) Offering samples of a food product they market. 2.) If “courtesy” food is given out to the public that is non packaged. 3.) The food product is considered a “potentially hazardous food” as defined by the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law (CURFFL). • Temporary event permits will NOT be required if non-opened, pre-packaged, non-potentially hazardous food is offered as a courtesy and is not representative of a product they are marketing.

• Home prepared/cooked food products are NOT allowed to be given away or sold to the public. Home baked cookies, cakes, etc. fall into this category.

he following is a list of critically important information you MUST include with your contract. If your information is incomplete, your contract cannot be processed and you risk forfeiting your preferred space for the expo. Please read the following information carefully: • Exhibitor Contracts must be received by the May 31, 2011, deadline to reclaim spaces for 2012. Spaces will become available on a first-come, first-served basis after the deadline, NO EXCEPTIONS! • If your company is interested in a different space for the Expo,
please note your request on the Request for Exhibit Space Form. After the May 31 deadline, contracts will be processed in chronological, date-received order, and you will be placed according to your request. • Your contract must include your Federal Tax ID, Corporate or Social Security Number. • World Ag Expo/International Agri Center Federal Tax ID number is: 94-2381416. • Please select two product codes from the product code list. The product codes listed on your contract will be used to categorize your company in the Official World Ag Expo Magazine and Show Guide.
State CA Board of Equalization Requires you choose the following three boxes on the Exhibitor Contract: - Box 1: You must provide your California Seller’s Permit number - Box 2: You must provide the name of your California dealer/distributor and the city in which they operate. - Box 3: Checking this box indicates you will not be selling any products or services on the grounds, and you will not need a seller’s permit. • Your contract will not be processed without a minimum 50 percent deposit. • Final payment due on your exhbit space is October 15, 2011. ■ There will be a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.
