DEAR FRIEND OF ST. FRANCIS, We are overjoyed to host a full and exciting 2022-23 special events season that will affirm our sense of community and support our students in all of their pursuits in and outside of the classroom. The event season kicks off with two of our signature fundraising events and a special invitation to support our school and our students. We ask you to show your support by becoming a 2022-23 Events Season Sponsor. Our premier event, the Revelry Auction, is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2023. Revel in an enchanting evening with your St. Francis community enjoying student performances, delicious food, signature cocktails and superb wine. Peruse our robust silent auction and sign-up parties offerings. Cap off the evening with a premier live auction, rousing fund-a-vision and then dance the rest of the night away. We will also host our famous, sell-out Crab Feed on Saturday, January 28th, 2023. This event features a delicious meal, dessert auction, silent auction, raffle, game, and of course, dancing to the ever-popular band, Clean Slate. Both events unite our current families, alumnae, faculty and staff. We have several sponsorship opportunities for each event, or BUNDLE your sponsorship for both events and become a PLUS SPONSOR! Sponsorships range from $1,500 to $25,000, and each sponsorship will provide you and/or your company with prominent recognition. Sponsorships are essential to the success of our events and are at the heart of our fundraising efforts which are critical to the academic, co-curricular, and faith life of our school. Supporting St. Francis allows us to not just be a school with girls, but a school for girls. CRAB FEED: SATURDAY, JANUARY 28, 2023 Our traditional, sell-out Crab Feed brings together current families, alumnae, faculty, and staff for a delicious meal that includes antipasto, salad, bread, pasta, and plentiful fresh crab! There will be a mini-silent auction and raffle, and your sweet tooth will be tempted by the dessert auction. Patrons will be able to wet their whistle at our no-host bar. Don’t forget to try our “talk of the town” SHIPWRECK cocktail! It will surely transport you to a tropical island. After dinner, the smooth tunes of Clean Slate will let you dance your cares away.
