SkyLoft

Austin, TX // 422,000 sf

Situated near The University of Texas at Austin in the heart of West Campus, this 18 story high-rise features first-class amenities and elevated views of Austin. Completed in August 2018 with 100% occupancy, the 442,000 sf building houses 677 beds in 212 units, with a mix of 1-4 bedroom floor plans. The building’s amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, study lounges, media room, and 3 stories of secure underground parking. This project is a collaboration between STG Design and Mark Hart Architecture, and JE Dunn Construction.



Villas at San Gabriel

Austin, TX // 362,000 sf

The Villas at San Gabriel is a 6-story, 362,000 sf student housing building near the University of Texas at Austin campus. Five stories of wood framing over one story of concrete and podium holds 400 beds in 92 units. Additionally, the apartment includes 5 stories of underground parking for 340 cars and 56 bikes. The building’s amenities include a pool, indoor half-court basketball, fitness center, game room, patios and lounges. This project was recently completed by DCA Construction.



The Callaway House Austin

Austin, TX // 588,000 sf

This student residence building is located in West Campus and only one block from The University of Texas at Austin. The 17-story high rise is one of the largest student housing buildings with approximately 219 units (753 beds) and over 650 parking spaces. Amenities in the project include a 500 seat dining hall with full commercial kitchen and food servery, lounge & gaming area, computer center and theater at the street level. At the top of the parking structure there is a 2,500 sf fitness center and outdoor pool and sun deck that overlook the campus. A quieter “Study Deck” is located away from these active areas and enjoys great views back to downtown. The project is located within the City of Austin’s “University Neighborhood Overlay” zoning, which allows increased height and density in exchange for urban design requirements as well as an affordable housing component. Accelerated construction of the Callaway House Austin allowed for occupancy three months ahead of schedule. The project is LEED Certified.



Seaholm Residences

Austin, TX // 615,000 sf

The Seaholm Residences is part of the Seaholm Power Plant Re-Development, a 7.8-acre neighborhood, which includes a 67,000 sf mixed-use low-rise and 128,000 sf adaptive reuse Power Plant. Seaholm Residences completes the development, rising 30-stories high with luxury condos, comprised of four different unit types with 18 floor plans. The goal was to design a tower that would reflect the iconic nature unique to the historic, Art-Deco Power Plant and revitalize an area where people could live, work, and play. The high-rise was completed in September 2016, and all 275 condos sold in 10 days – a record period for any downtown Austin project. Located at the crossroads of the Central Business, Market, Warehouse, and 2nd Street Districts, the Seaholm Residences become the center for downtown living. The project received an AEGB Four Star rating, LEED Gold certification, garnered national attention and won a total of eight design awards.


Natiivo

Austin, TX // 280,000 sf

Located at 48 East Avenue in downtown Austin’s trendy Rainey Street District, Natiivo Austin will feature 33 floors and 249 units, comprised of fully-amenitized and furnished studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom hotel-licensed homes. Co-developed by Newgard Development Group and Pearlstone Partners, with architecture by STG Design and interiors by New York-based INC Architecture and Design, the building will feature handpicked furnishings, native design elements, hyperlocal touches and insider Austin culture in every unit, its lobby and common areas.


Printer’s and Bank Alley

Nashville, TN // 225,00 sf

This urban revitalization follows in the footsteps of the City of Nashville’s plan to further activate pedestrian-friendly alleys in historic areas. Home to a thriving retail and restaurant district, this project located at the corner where the Historic District Printers Alley meets Bank Alley positions a modern residential tower at the heart of pedestrian elements. A 14-story hi-rise will create a natural transition to the historic urban core by replacing the existing garage building with ten floors of residential living organized in 160 units. Three stories of garage include a design solution that explores the possibility of waste collection being removed from the alley to enhance the walkable neighborhood experience. Amenities include a roof-top pool and lounge with amazing views of downtown, the dog park, clubhouse, and fitness centers. The first-floor restaurant and retail space connect the project to the life of this vital entertainment district in Nashville.


Public Square Garage Overbuild

Nashville, TN // 560,000 sf

Envisioned as a 30-story building when completed, this proposed project includes 18 floors of office totaling 560,000 sf over 11 floors of an existing parking garage offering 1,000 spaces. Designed as a mixed-use building, this adaptive reuse project will construct 20-30 new luxury apartments as part of a tower with an exclusive “park in the sky� amenity that rests atop the parking where the office levels begin.


The Honors Village

Tucson, AZ // 204,656 sf

A “village within a campus,� this project involves a public-private partnership between the University of Arizona and American Campus Communities. The village includes multiple buildings to serve the University of Arizona Honors College community. The Honors Village is a 204,656 sf, 4 and 6-story, 319 unit honors dorm with unique features such as integrated dining, academic spaces, collaborative learning classrooms, an interior courtyard, faculty and staff offices, a recreation center, and a 4-story 370-space parking structure.


1311 South Lamar

Austin, TX // 295, 381 sf

This mixed-use project, located on South Lamar, is in an area that is known for its walkability and access to nearby restaurants and shopping. STG Design was hired by the Owner to perform a study for the 3.8-acre site, and then design two separate buildings, each containing mixed-use elements. These include a four-story office building totaling 138,780 sf of office space on the north end of the site, and a five-story apartment building -which will have 309 unitssupported by ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Shared below-grade parking is 261,780 sf and will include roughly 700 spaces.
