Prayer for the Crypt Please pray for all the projects the Crypt is involved with: the cafes, shops, overnight centre, day centre, hostels, Nurture, the Lighthouse Church, etc. Please pray for understanding and compassion, so that we can make a difference.

Today is the inauguration of the new Bishop for the West Yorkshire and the Dales Diocese. Please pray for Bishop Nick Baines and for his wife Linda, as they prepare for this exciting new beginning.
1st Practice: Mon 8 Sept Good singers with a heart for worship are invited to join St George’s Choir, who sing in our Carols by Candlelight Service in December. There is no audition. Weekly practices commence in September. For more info please contact David.

Over two hundred wonderful people volunteer on teams to help make church happen on a Sunday, from welcomers to musicians, prayer ministers to projectionists. Joining a team is a great way to get to know folk at St G’s, especially if you are new, to grow as a Christian and to serve in God’s kingdom. If you would like to speak to someone about where you could fit in do get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
