A big thank you to all who have responded to the Vision Appeal 2014, with gifts, prayer and offering your time to serve the StGs family. We have seen a good number of people step forward to serve and financially we have made an encouraging start to reaching our target: 13 have increased their monthly standing orders 17 have started to give by monthly standing order We have received one-off pledges/gifts worth £16K The total value of extra giving this year is £34K Please pray that we can reach £42k by the end of February.

Please pray for the Hemming family as they grieve for Marion who died peacefully at St Gemma’s on Tuesday evening. We thank God for her life, and for the blessing she has been to St George’s. There will be a thanksgiving service for Marion at St George's on Monday 24 February at 12noon to which all are welcome.

Prayer for the Crypt Thank God for the success of the voucher scheme. Nearly 700 vouchers have been handed in by clients and they are encouraging people on the street to come to the Crypt where they have the opportunity to get food, showers, a bed, help and much more. Please pray that many people will continue to buy them. Find out more from the crypt or ask a steward on a Sunday!
