EXPLORERS is the Children’s Network for 0-11s. Each week we begin in church before going to our groups in the Church Centre. Children need to be collected at 12.00 noon. ROOTS is our Network for 11-18s. We meet down in the Church Centre at 10.20am each Sunday morning and on Friday night from 7-9pm in the Church Centre. STUDENTS are an integral part of the community here and we run student networks during term time. See the network board in the foyer for details.
REFRESHMENTS are served after services in the Community Room. INDUCTION LOOP St George’s is fitted with an induction loop; please speak to a Steward for assistance. PASTORAL CARE We are seeking to be a community where everyone can be supported and cared for. We encourage you to ask for support, or get someone to ask on your behalf and we will respond as best we can.
GIVING There is an opportunity to give during the service. If you intend to give regularly, please pick up Standing Order and Gift Aid forms in the foyer. PRAYER MINISTRY is offered during and after services at the front of church. If you would like to pray about anything, please ask one of our trained prayer ministers. SERMONS are available online. 12.30-4pm, Sun 15 Sept, Park Dale Hall Wondering what to do for lunch today? Come to the grassy area in the Marlboroughs to hear the Little Woodhouse Community Choir, meet local Community Support Officers and enjoy a BBQ! All ages are welcome.

11am,Wed 18 Sept, Centre All are invited to communion followed by tea, coffee and biscuits in the church centre. At 12noon Wednesday Fellowship will be meeting, with lunch between 1 and 2pm. All are welcome to either/both events.

6-9.30pm, Tue 22 Oct, Living Hope Church, LS9 8HE This is an annual networking event for Christians from different backgrounds, cultures and postcodes, with a focus on seeing Leeds transformed. There will be stalls from various Christian social action initiatives with the opportunity to find out about what is already going on in and around Leeds.
The HEARTS Project offers a range of support services to young refugees and their families across Leeds. We are currently recruiting volunteers to mentor young refugees around their educational needs. We ask mentors to commit to 1-2 hours per week for at least six months. Please pray for this year’s harvest donations. Pray that the ongoing foodbank at the Crypt will have enough food to meet the demand. The foodbank at the Crypt has been going for probably as long as the Crypt has existed and we prepare at least 20 food parcels a week for people who are in desperate need of help.

Building Faith | Equipping for Life 2013-2014 We are delighted to invite you to our 2013-14 School of Theology. Open to all, each morning includes coffee and pastries, worship and clear teaching with an opportunity to discuss its application to life. This year we will again run the popular Discipleship Track featuring the Academy of Life (sessions are also open to those who have already done Academy of Life and would like to refresh their practice or catch up on missed sessions). We will also be providing a Bible Track with a fresh series of sessions, as well as the new Life Track focused on practical Christian issues. The programme can be found online or in the foyer.
