Hello!

If you are new or visiting, we hope you feel at home. If you require help, speak to a Steward in the foyer and take a green Hello Card. Please fill in a Contact Card if you would like to get involved.

A survey about volunteering has been emailed to everyone and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for completion is Fri 31 July, and we would love each church member (including each member of a family) to respond. We hope that it will enable us all to work together to make the best use of our skills and gifts in the life of St G's.

Please pick up a paper copy in the foyer or complete online.

Please pray for our clients who are despairing and find it hard to go on living. Please pray for the mental health services that they may give comfort and support to our clients.

  St Augustine’s, Wrangthorn is seeking to plant a network to reach out to those in the Hyde Park area in different ways, including through a new evening service. Pray for the 8 projects we’ll be involved in, for a sense of purpose for each team member and safe travel.

Souper Suppers is a fundraising idea for friends and family to come together, have fun and raise money for St George’s Crypt. If you would like to support this cause, please pick up a leaflet with recipes and ideas in the bookstall area.

  Thursday morning prayers will be taking a break over the summer. The first prayers of the new term will be Thu 3 Sept.

    St Barnabas Theological Centre is recruiting for its Independent Leader Track in September and modules in Biblical Studies, Theology, Leadership and Mission. Teaching takes place on Mondays at St Thomas Crookes, Sheffield. Applications are open through the summer.
