ASSOCIATE RECTOR LICENSING SERVICE 7.30pm, Thur 1 Sept, Church Revd Luke Briggs will be licensed as Associate Rector at St George’s. Please come to support Luke, Anya, Micah and Nathan. Refreshments will be served There is no Prayer Gathering in August
Prayer for the Crypt Please pray for our overnight centre. A number of staff are on sick leave, which leaves them very short. Please pray for healing and for people being available to cover the shifts.

INSPIRE A gathering for New Wine, called Inspire is taking place this weekend in Thirsk. A number of our congregation are attending. Please pray for this event that God will bless all who attend.

ENTERTAINING ANGELS 5.30pm, Thur 8 Sept, Centre St George’s Crypt are hosting an evening to celebrate their current book ‘Entertaining More Angels.’ You are invited to come and hear first-hand Crypt clients experiences, many of whom have managed to turn their lives around.
