EXPLORERS is the Children’s Network for 0-11s. Each week we begin in church before going to our groups in the Church Centre. Children need to be collected at 12.00 noon. ROOTS is our Network for 11-18s. We meet down in the Church Centre at 10.20am each Sunday morning and on Friday night from 7-9pm in the Church Centre. STUDENTS are an integral part of the community here and we run student networks during term time. See the network board in the foyer for details.
REFRESHMENTS are served after services in the Community Room. INDUCTION LOOP St George’s is fitted with an induction loop; please speak to a Steward for assistance. PASTORAL CARE We are seeking to be a community where everyone can be supported and cared for. We encourage you to ask for support, or get someone to ask on your behalf and we will respond as best we can.
GIVING There is an opportunity to give during the service. If you intend to give regularly, please pick up Standing Order and Gift Aid forms in the foyer. PRAYER MINISTRY is offered during and after services at the front of church. If you would like to pray about anything, please ask one of our trained prayer ministers. SERMONS are available online. 7 - 9.45pm, Wednesdays, Feb 5 - Mar 26, Centre We will be running The Marriage Course on 7 Wednesday evenings in 2014. The cost will be £40 per couple which includes coffee, cake and all materials. The course is helpful for Christian or nonChristian couples who've been married 2 years or 32 years. Time well spent to refresh and enrich your marriage. More information can be found on the application form in the foyer.

The office will be closed from 24th-29th December, and on 1st Jan. The Centre will close on the 23rd and reopen on 6th Jan.
Thursday morning prayers will restart on 9th Jan.
At this time of extra post please remember the box for used stamps which is near the bookstall. They need to have a border of at least 1/4 inch. St Leonard’s Hospice is very grateful for this support.

7pm, 8th, 15th, 23rd January, Church Centre Big Questions is a 3 week course and an introduction to the Christian faith. We will share a light meal, listen to a short talk then have a time to discuss and ask questions. All are welcome! Team Needed We are currently looking for team. If you would be interested in helping to serve, welcome or encourage discussions on tables then please contact Lisa.

3pm, Sun 5 Jan, Ripon Cathedral All are welcome to attend a Service of Thanksgiving for the Ministry of the Rt Revd John Packer, Bishop of Ripon and Leeds. Refreshments from 2pm.
Fri 17 - Sat 18 Jan, Trinity Church, Boar Lane Come and join a citywide prayer for Leeds event. It will be based at Trinity Church and aims to include people from across Leeds in an opportunity to pray together, whether in a quiet space and on the streets. The event starts at 7pm on Friday with Praise and Worship and finishes all together at 7pm on Saturday. For more info and to get involved, please e-mail or visit the website below.
