We’ll be listening to creative arrangements of popular songs, singing carols and hearing a gospel message about how light breaks through darkness. We need lots more helpers for our Christmas team! Various services need committed volunteers to fill many roles, from ushering people to their seats to cooking meals for musicians, from car park attending to mulling wine! St Luke’s Holbeck are seeking an under 7s Children’s and Family worker for 10 months of maternity cover. 15hrs per week, £9.34 p/hr. For info/applications, e-mail Alistair.
Thank you so much to everyone who brought in a shoebox and/ or donated money. 319 shoe boxes have gone to Romania from St George’s, St Chad’s Primary School, St Mary’s Hawksworth Wood, Wrangthorn and Bramley churches. £724 was raised for transportation.

Christ Church, Harrogate, are offering us the opportunity to join an olive picking fortnight in Bethlehem in October 2015.
