Each summer we give our children's team a wellearned rest by running 'Summer Sundays'. This is a chance to serve our children during the Morning Service in a fun and faith filled way. If you're able join this team to serve for one or more Sundays between now and 31 Aug, please contact Jon. All volunteers will be asked to fill in a DBS form.

Congratulations to Kim who has been accepted to train for ordination. Kim and Chris are moving to Sheffield in the Summer and Kim will start her training at St Barnabas in Sept 2015. We are so grateful for all that they have contributed to St George’s as a family and for the amazing job that Kim has done in our admin team. Please pray for them as a family as they settle into a new home, as Chris begins a new job and as they prepare for the arrival of their new baby.
Mon 4 Aug, Church To mark the 100th anniversary of the start of WW1, a small area of the church will be set aside for anyone wishing to come to pray from 9am - 4pm.

12.30pm, Sun 10 Aug, Centre The Nunn family are heading out to Ethiopia as missionaries next Sunday we will say goodbye to them and have a bring and share lunch after the service - all welcome.
Prayer for the Crypt Please pray for the St George's Crypt and Emmerdale 7-a-side football tournament on Sunday 3 August at Farsley. Please pray for good weather and that the day will go well. This is a great way of raising funds and awareness for the work of the Crypt.
