EXPLORERS Network for 0-11s. Each week we begin in church before going to our groups in the Church Centre. Children need to be collected at 12.00 noon. ROOTS is our Network for 1118s. We meet down in the Church Centre at 10.20am each Sunday morning. STUDENTS are an integral part of the community here and we host a student network every Thursday night at 7:30 during term time.
REFRESHMENTS are served after services in the Community Room. INDUCTION LOOP induction loop; please speak to a Steward for assistance. PASTORAL CARE We are seeking to be a community where everyone can be supported and cared for. We encourage you to ask for support, or get someone to ask on your behalf and we will respond as best we can.
GIVING There is an opportunity to give during the service. If you intend to give regularly, please pick up Standing Order and Gift Aid forms in the foyer. PRAYER MINISTRY is offered during and after services at the front of church. If you would like to pray about anything, please ask one of our trained prayer ministers. SERMONS are available online. Sat 21st April, 7:30-9:30pm, Church Centre Join us for an evening of pampering! There will be nail painting, massages and a Body Shop representative attending. Featuring speaker Debbie Harvie from Mercy Ministries who will be speaking about self-worth, her life experiences, and the work of Mercy Ministries. Please feel welcome to bring along friends, it would be great to see you.
Sat 14 April, 10.30am, Wharfedale The group will be meeting in Grassington car park for a 10-12 mile walk through Wharfedale.. If the petrol strike escalates however we might explore closer to home. Whatever happens we will enjoy a good hike and, hopefully, some spring sunshine! We are looking for 4 new PCC members and 2 Deanery Synod members to be elected at the ACM on 25 April. In this time of change in the Church of England, the Area Dean has reminded us of the importance of these positions and asked us to look for prayerful, committed people to fill them where key decisions are to be made. If you think this could be you or someone you know, please speak to a churchwarden or email Janet. It would be helpful to have in the nominations by the Sunday preceding the ACM. We've had some great times of being able to practically, emotionally and spiritually be part of the city at night - and we want to do more! To develop the work we're looking at developing the team - and we'd love more volunteers to step forward to be part of this very simple way of loving the city.
