16/17 TEAM MESSAGE Dear Applicant, This year represents a very important year in the history of AIESEC in Nigeria. Not just because of the global direction of AIESEC 2020, but because this is the year we have chosen to define and uphold what it really means to be an AIESEC for Nigeria. This requires not just a lot of re-definition and optimisation, but also a year of making history, taking giant strides, being fearless and the arrival of a limitless generation of AIESEC in Nigeria. For us as a team, we are committed to leading this new era of AIESEC in Nigeria and this requires support from an elite team of individuals who are equally driven, passionate and competent for us to achieve this collective goal. Which is where you come in. AIESEC in Nigeria needs you. Not because of the extra number that you add to our team, but because we sincerely believe in the ingenuity of the AIESEC in Nigeria you hope to see and the desire to a true AIESEC for Nigeria.

A limitless generation would only be possible when we have individuals who are fearless about taking risks, disruptive about their innovations and not afraid to shake up the system on the team. We have been chosen to lead, but we ask that you join our tribe

How to apply

This year the 16.17 term will have ESTs in the following functional areas;

Application Questionnaire 7 pages max (.pdf file):

 Answer all the questions (general & specific)  You can apply for multiple positions by filling all the questions.  Try to answer specifically to what is requested in the questions.  Curriculum Vitae – 1 page (.pdf file)  Endorsement – One Endorsement Letter from someone who has led you in AIESEC.

Please note that each team or functional area specific measures of successes have been defined by respective MCVPs and this can be found in the job description.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD) 1. What do you understand by Business Development? What are the recent BD trend in the network? 2. What is that one thing you want to contribute to 16|17 as regards BD? 3. Evaluate the relevance of the current BD products to AIESEC and to society and then:  mention which ones you think it’s relevant to run this year  propose 2 innovative ideas for the ones you consider relevant  What are 2 major national non-exchange products that can be sold and to whom (with reasons)? 4. Working with the MC VP BD and MC VP Marketing & PR, what would you do differently to actively grow our external relevance and ensure that we are recognized for what we do? 5. Knowing that if selected task will be delegated to you with little or no supervision, how effectively can you function and carry out duties given to you? OPERATIONS (OGX) Director Customer Experience Manager and EP Servicing (OGCDP) 1. How will you ensure high level of NPS from Eps? 2. Identify a few bottle necks in EP servicing process on local and national levels in AIESEC Nigeria? How can it be minimized and overcome? 3. Create plan of content for EP newsletter (short, simple and structured). International Communications Manager (OGCDP) 1. Do an analysis of the international cooperation(s) process in Nigeria in 2015 term, outline positive and negative points. 2. State reasons (Min 5) for using international cooperation(s) in OGCDP for AIESEC Nigeria. 3. Create a table of partner CYs/EYs for 2015 term with monthly RE goals. National Global Talent Manager (oGIP) 1. What do you perceive as 3 main bottlenecks of oGIP in AIESEC Nigeria and please suggest how would you as EST member contribute to possible solution for each of them? 2. LEAD GENERATION & CONVERSION MANAGER AIESEC in Nigeria receives a minimum of 200 monthly new registrations on Opportunity Portal, create a strategy plan using GTCM model to increase the number to 2000 monthly. (Please be realistic and holistic)? How will you manage an oGCDP EP’s LEAD database of 500 with 20% month on month growth? Highlight tools you would use to engage them? Write about one of best moment in your life?

PRODUCT INNOVATION MANAGER How would you ensure showcasing materials from the local entities? Create 2 strategies for online showcasing. Define Channels, Target, Goal, Timeline and Materials Needed.

TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT 1.

Why are you applying for TM EST of AIESEC in Nigeria? What is going to be your main contribution to the network and what is going to be your main contribution to the team?
