 The questionnaire is divided in 4 sections.  You have a maximum of 6 pages to fill the entire questionnaire.  Use a format and design that reflects your personality. 

Role: Community Manager. 1. Question: How have you used a social media platform promote a cause or campaign? Include the Goals, Action Taken and Result of the campaign. 2. Our image at social media level, is not really professional or attractive, how would you make sure that this changes in the future?


Role: Audio-Visuals and Brand Manager. 1. A complete stranger has just 5 seconds to view an image you designed; Design an Image for either oGCDP/oGIP that will turn this stranger to a potential Lead (NB: The stranger just has 5 seconds to view your image) ? 2. Which Design Software are you proficient in, and rate your proficiency level? 3. How would you track that the branding guidelines are being followed?

Role: PR Coordinator. 1. Provide a link to a blog post or an article you have published before? 2. Which companies would you target to partner with for media and public events? What value proposition would you offer them?

Role: Internal Communications Manager. 1. How can we drive an online culture in AIESEC Nigeria? 2. How would you evaluate the efficiency of our current communication channels management? Which strategy will you use to maximize their impact at a national level? 3. Why is it important to implement GIS now? (If you believe this is not the perfect time to do it please tell us why and what you suggest) 4. Only half of the LCs in Nigeria want to work with GIS, tell us what you would do to motivate and persuade the other LC s to work with it.

The product is for kids between 3 and 9 years old but the real target audience will be the parents. Follow the next photo of the products. Remember just need the slogan.

Design a slogan for the product? Alumni Team 1. Do a SWOT of the previous relationship of the MC with alumni and the LCs and their alumni. 2. What do you think is the role of the alumni in AIESEC? 3. How do you plan to engage the alumni?

Matching Team 1. How do you plan to match all the forms in the system considering the insecurity in Nigeria? 2. Imagine a situation where a company pays AIESEC for a TN but AIESEC cannot deliver. The company asks AIESEC to refund them but AIESEC is broke. How would you go about it? 3. How do you plan to improve LCs engagement with their GIP Eps?

Role: Experience manager and ep servicing 1. How will you ensure high level of NPS from EPs? 2. Identify a few bottle necks in EP servicing process on local and national levels in AIESEC Nigeria? How can it be minimized and overcome? 3. Create plan of content for EP newsletter (short, simple and structured).

Role: International communications 1. Do an analysis of the international cooperation(s) process in Nigeria in 2013 term, outline positive and negative points. 2. State reasons (max 10) for using international cooperation(s) in OGCDP for AIESEC Nigeria. 3. Create a table of partner CYs/EYs for 2014 term with monthly RE goals.


Role: National global talent manager oGIP 1. What do you perceive as 3 main bottlenecks of oGIP in AIESEC Nigeria and please suggest how would you as NST member contribute to possible solution for each of them? 2. How do you understand the role of NST in OGX, how should the communication between you, MC and LCs look like? (Please, be as specific as possible).

Role: National global citizen manager (oGCDP) 1. What do you perceive as 3 main bottlenecks for the role and please suggest how would you as NST member contribute to possible solution for each of it? 2. Design a project that would be sustainable for OPRATION WAR (make it short, simple and structured) 3. How would you ensure proper supply of EPs to meet the demand of countries interested and ready to implement the WAR initiative? 4. How should the communication between you, MC and LCs look like? (Please, be as specific as possible).

Role: Expansions 1. What is your experience with start-ups or SUs/Expansions? What 2. How would you manage Expansion development once the expansions is developed? Develop an expansion plan when the expansion has 3 months. 3. Which market in Nigeria would be the best to be approached and how? Develop a proposal for an actual university of your choice.

Finance Development 1. Identify the main finance Knowledge Lacks in the LCs. 2. How you will track the Finance Training? Create a tracking tool. 3. Which are the main problems of the country related to finance at this moment?

Finance Management 1. Which do you think are the main investment problems that are creating debts in the LCs? 2. Make a suggestion to implement tracking of LCs budget. 3. How will you work with LCs in terms of Expenditure Analysis?

NST Talent Management /Organisation Development MC Contact: Bosi (nyambane.bosibori@aiesec.net)

Role: National LEAD Trainers 1. What is your vision of LEAD in AIESEC in Nigeria? 2. How do you see a virtual module for LEAD develop in AIESEC Nigeria (e.g. what would it include, how would you ensure continuity and alignment with the MEC for TLP)? 3. How would you ensure engagement of alumni as well as TLP members in the LEAD Mentorship Programme? Role: On Campus Promotion 1. How do you envision the promotion at campus for the next 6 months? (Please include specific activities, how would they look like and how would you make sure they are being executed locally). 2. Why do you think our on campus promotion is not as effective at it should be and how would you take it to the next level (please keep your answer as concrete as possible) 3. Suppose AIESEC has an event with one of the learning partners but there are few people who show interest in attending. How would you crisis manage?
