stlcc.edu/Boeing Training prepares individuals for aircraft assembly techniques focused on composite fabrication, assembly and repair. Funded by Boeing STL. Duration: Day classes: 3 weeks | 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | M - F Evening classes: 4 weeks | 5 - 10 p.m. | M - F

Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) offers opportunities for accelerated training in areas including biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, transportation and culinary arts.

ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN

stlcc.edu/EnviroTech Non-credit training prepares participants for positions in hazardous waste clean-up, including OSHA certifications and licensing in lead and asbestos abatement. EPA grant-funded. Duration: 6 weeks | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. | M - F

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TECHNICIAN WITH CLASS B (CDL-B)

BOEING SHEET METAL ASSEMBLER AND RIVETER

stlcc.edu/HazmatTech This non-credit program prepares students to assess and clean up contaminated properties in the St. Louis Metropolitan area as well as other remediation sites nationwide. EPA grant-funded.

stlcc.edu/Boeing Training prepares individuals for an interview for the Sheet Metal Assembler and Riveter position with Boeing. Funded by Boeing STL.

HVAC OPERATOR I TECHNICAL TRAINING

stlcc.edu/HVAC Non-credit, hands-on training teaches maintenance and troubleshooting for forced air systems and the basics on how the systems and control boards work. Coursework prepares students for the EPA certification exam (included in the course). Funded by Healthy Blue/Anthem, the MoAMP program and PepsiCo Uplift Scholarships. GENERAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

stlcc.edu/GMM Non-credit training provides hands-on instruction in topics including: Blueprint Reading, HVAC (including EPA certification), Welding, Plumbing/Pipefitting and Basic Electrical.

CERTIFIED WELDING PROGRAM

Student Cost: $3900, funding/scholarships options available

PRECISION MACHINING TECHNOLOGY

stlcc.edu/PMT This credit program prepares students for entry-level jobs in the machine tool trade. Students safely set up and operate milling machines, lathes, grinders and drill presses in addition to learning the basics of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine set up and operation. It is focused on understanding the principles and practices of bioprocessing and biomanufacturing. PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN

stlcc.edu/PCT Non-credit training prepares individuals for entry-level positions as patient care technicians in local hospitals. Students will earn Healthcare Provider BLS credential. Coursework meets UAP guidelines through Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. This program is offered in collaboration with a regional healthcare employer. COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER

stlcc.edu/CHW Non-credit training prepares students to become a trusted community member who helps other individuals and communities adopt healthy behaviors. Students are eligible for the Community Health Worker credential through the Missouri Credentialing Board. Funded by a HRSA-CHWTP or a HRSA-BHWET grant. Duration: 16 weeks Location: Live Virtual Lecture Student Cost: low or no cost

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

stlcc.edu/MA Non-credit training prepares individuals for clerical and clinical tasks in a medical office. Students will earn Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Healthcare Provider BLS credentials. This program is funded by BJC Medical Group. CULINARY

CULINARY TRAINING PROGRAM

stlcc.edu/CulinaryTraining St. Louis Community College and Propel Kitchens have partnered to prepare students for entry-level employment in a food service environment. Graduates receive ServSafe® Food Handler and American Culinary Federation (ACF) - Certified Fundamental Cook (CFC) industry certifications. CENTRAL STERILE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN

stlcc.edu/CSPT Non-credit training prepares individuals to work in Central Sterile Processing Departments to clean, decontaminate, sterilize, and distribute medical and surgical instrumentation. Students will earn Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) credential. This program is funded by BJC HealthCare.

stlcc.edu/CodeCamp Students take a deep dive into in-demand technologies, foundational programming concepts and web development skills designed to prepare them for LaunchCode’s full-time, paid apprenticeship program. ACADEMIC READINESS FASTTRACK HiSET

stlcc.edu/HiSet The STLCC FastTrack HiSET program helps out-of-school adults achieve high school equivalency quickly and successfully through immediate enrollment, flexible hours and a custom-tailored curriculum.
