Bethune Cookman St. Luke’s is excited for the return of the Bethune-Cookman University Concert Chorale for a free two-hour evening concert on Thursday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Lenten Church-Wide Study It is not too late to join a Grow group and go deeper with our Lenten sermon series "CrossWords." Final Words From the Cross by Adam Hamilton explores the meaning of Jesus’ last words and how they impact our lives today. Vacation Bible School 2016 Block Party Where the party starts with God’s love! Spend time listening to the greatest storyteller of all time. Jesus will help us understand God’s plans through the parables, and we will come to know God as a friend. Join us June 20-24 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Cost $35. Children’s Ministries Stop by the Welcome Window on the first floor of Building B on Sunday mornings for information and classroom assignments. For the next lessons in our Bible adventures, we will be studying the events leading up to Easter. Elementary aged children will attend worship on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday to experience worship services. For details about upcoming events visit st.lukes.org/children.

SERVE Florida United Methodist Children's Home This ministry serves the diverse needs of approximately 400 children and youth daily through two residential care campuses, foster care in six counties, three satellite offices, and early childhood education. St. Luke’s gave $66,000 through the 2015 Christmas Eve Offering. Two ways to learn more: • April 9: Day on Campus (Enterprise, Florida location) with tours, concerts, and a picnic from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. • Volunteer to help make the Day on Campus a success. Lenten Offering Support scholarship funds for our conference’s four Florida camp and retreat facilities: Centenary Camp, Riverside Retreat, the Life Enrichment Center, and Warren W. Willis Camp. These camps serve children, youth and adults on a year-round basis. With more than 4,000 young people attending a Florida Conference summer camp annually, scholarships are vitally important. We encourage you to give $1.00 or $2.00 a day or set a household or small group challenge as part of your Lenten spiritual practice and give toward this goal. Be sure to mark it for Lenten Offering.

Family Volunteer Night On the second Friday of every month the Community Food and Outreach Center hosts Family Volunteer Night from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These monthly events bring families together in the spirit of service. Enjoy dinner, music and a whole lot of fun as you help organize the Cost Share Grocery Program, the Emergency Food Pantry and the Community Thrift Center. All ages welcome! Upcoming Family
