Order Easter Flowers Order flowers in honor or memory of a loved one via the forms in the Narthex and Building C. All orders must be placed by Monday, March 14. Return forms to the front office in Building C. Flowers can be picked up at the conclusion of our Easter services on March 27.

Prayer Labyrinth The prayer labyrinth is an ancient practice of the early church that has re-emerged in recent times. It is a contemplative space intended for personal spiritual reflection as one walks the maze of the labyrinth. Experience the labyrinth Sunday, March 20 - Thursday, March 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Friday, March 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, March 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Attic of Building C.

Grow Ministries Class Catalog St. Luke’s offers a variety of classes for spiritual growth. Pick up a Grow Ministries Class Catalog from an information rack in the Narthex or in the Welcome Hall of Building C. New Classes will start in April.

Children’s Ministries Stop by the Welcome Window on the first floor of Building B on Sunday mornings for information and classroom assignments. The next lesson in our Bible adventures will study the events leading up to Easter. Elementary aged children will attend worship with their families on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. SERVE Family Promise Sunday, April 3 to Sunday, April 10 St. Luke’s partners with Family Promise of Greater Orlando to keep homeless families together while they rebuild their lives. We host four families for one week, four times per year. You can help by donating food items, providing meals or acting as a host. This is a great opportunity for groups and families to volunteer together. Students can also earn volunteer hours. Beginning in April, Family Promise will move to Building C. All volunteers are asked to attend a 1 hour training/ orientation on Sunday, April 3 at 4:00 p.m. in the Attic of Building C. Lenten Offering Supports One Great Hour of Sharing Offering for United Methodist Committee On Relief (UMCOR) This worldwide offering supports the operations of this organization that responds to disasters around the world usually within 24 hours. Supporting the administration of the organization through this offering, means 100% of the funds raised for a particular disaster go directly to that disaster. This makes UMCOR unique among disaster organizations in this country. We encourage you to give $1.00 or $2.00 a day or set a household or small group challenge as part of your Lenten spiritual practice and give toward this goal. Be sure to mark it for Lenten Offering.

Family/Group/Intergenerational SERVE Opportunities There are many new opportunities for families, groups and students of all ages to serve together. We have reserved spots at Community Food Outreach, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Clean the World in addition to our existing family serving opportunities with Family Promise, Coalition for the Homeless, and the Winter Garden Community Garden. UMW Rummage Sale, April 2, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Donate clothes, shoes, home appliances and decor, jewelry, books, electronics, and sports equipment. Drop off donations outside the Fellowship Hall on Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1. Volunteer to sort on Thursday/Friday and for the sale on Saturday. COMMIT Save the Date for St. Luke's Summer Musical Auditions The summer show will be announced in worship on Palm Sunday, March 20. Auditions will be held on May 1 and May 2 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Auditions by appointment only; all roles are non-paid. To schedule an audition email theatre@st.lukes.org with the subject line: "Audition". Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend. Seeking diverse ensemble of actors for multiple character roles, singers, dancers, and musicians. Specifically looking for guitar, banjo, and harmonica players. COMMIT Campaign Building Update We are looking forward to showcasing a new Facilities Optimization update video during worship in April. The video will highlight progress toward finalizing building and campus renovation plans including the date for groundbreaking.
