“Building the Kingdom by Building Disciples”

OUR CORE VALUES

At our center is the love of Jesus Christ. We value Christ Centered: Acceptance • Hospitality • Community • Discipleship • Service

WORSHIP Worship

Today's Worship New sermon series begins today! After the growth of Methodists began to flourish, John Wesley wrote a definition, a treatise, about the character or distinguishing marks of a Methodist in 1742. He never meant to start a new denomination but believed that each of these characteristics, or marks, were actually what distinguished all Christian believers in the world. While they seem simple, they are anything but easy to live into. Each mark calls for us to dig deeper in our walk of discipleship and move into a commitment of one’s entire life to these marks – to fully grow and be transformed. Wesley believed this to be the work of those who called themselves disciples. Utilizing Steve Harper’s book, “The Five Marks of a Methodist” along with Wesley’s own writings we will look at how ready we are, how on our marks our discipleship is, to make a difference in this world.
