WEESINGERS: Children ages 3-6 learn the joy of song and movement along with basic music skills. Practices are held from 10:30 a.m. to 10:50 p.m. on Sunday mornings in Building B Room 109. Directed by Gin Jans Smith, this group will prepare a full musical production to be performed for the larger St. Luke’s community in January. Offered through the St. Luke’s School of the Arts, the group will meet weekly for 15 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. No previous experience is required. Serve Within Our Community FAMILY PROMISE VOLUNTEERS: Help us give a warm welcome to the families staying on our campus September 8-15. PRAYERS FOR OUR FLORIDA CITY INTERGENERATIONAL MISSION TEAM: A team of 30 people is working with our long-time mission partner, Branches Ministry in Florida City, this weekend. The team will help with prep for the groundbreaking of the new facility (the church was destroyed in a fire 3 years ago), connect with the children and youth ministries, and help with staff training. CIRCLES CAMPAIGN INFORMATION MEETING: Learn more about the Circles Campaign Tuesday, September 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Building C Room 201. Circles helps individuals build relationships across socioeconomic lines in order to empower families in poverty and change the perception of poverty in our community. If interested sign up at st.lukes.org/grow. UMW RUMMAGE SALE: Saturday, September 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Drop off donations such as housewares, clean clothes, furniture, knick-knacks, shoes, and toys in the Fellowship Hall Thursday and Friday before the sale. Remember "your donation could be someone else's treasure!" All proceeds will go to missions and charities. VOLUNTEER for Educational IMPACT: Sign up today in the Building C Welcome Hall to serve at Pineloch Elementary School or Mollie Ray Elementary School. Change the life of a student through public school volunteering by assisting in the classroom or for special events. Help students in grades K-5 with reading, math, science, computers, music, or with the media center. Special events require volunteering one day during the day or on a Saturday. SHEPHERD’S HOPE VOLUNTEERS: Licensed health care professionals, eligibility specialists, front desk assistants, and interpreters are needed at the four Shepherd’s Hope Health Centers. New volunteer orientation is on Tuesday, September 17 at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Licensed Health Care Provider orientation at 7:00 p.m. at Florida Hospital Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 2800 N.
