Circles Program Changes Lives Circles is a cornerstone ministry for the community transformation initiative in East Winter Garden. WHAT IS A CIRCLE ALLY? Allies are middle to upper income community members who want to be in a supportive, intentional, befriending relationship with an individual or family (Circle Leader) working to get out of poverty. Circle Allies support the Circle Leader to accomplish his or her plan. Current Circle Leader desires include starting a new business, creating a more efficient household budget, and going to college. Do you have skills to help make these dreams become a reality and make a longterm difference in another person’s life? Can you spare a couple of hours a week for the next 6 months?
