Look for These Fall Activities PUMPKIN PATCH: The St. Luke’s Youth Ministries Pumpkin Patch will open October 9 near the picnic tables behind Building C. The patch is open MondayFriday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For the safety of all those serving and visiting the Patch, the road behind Building C will be closed October 8-31. Please allow for extra time to maneuver around campus. Pumpkin unload dates are October 8 and 22 at 4:00 p.m. All ages are welcome and needed. Register for pumpkin shifts and unloads at www.st.lukes.org/youth. FAMILY CAMPOUT: The third annual St. Luke's Fall Family Campout starts Friday, October 17 at 5:30 p.m. There will be food trucks available (at a cost), campfire songs, stories in the pumpkin patch, s’mores and a hot breakfast. The cost of $25.00 per family includes breakfast and snacks. Bring your own tent, RV, or camper (no hook-ups available, showers and bathrooms will be open in Building C). Space is limited so reserve your spot today at st.lukes.org/campout. UNITED METHODIST WOMEN'S HOLIDAY BAZAAR: Join us in the Coleman Memorial Gymnasium from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8. There will be over 13 shops for you to do all of your holiday shopping at great prices! It's also a special place for children to shop for their families. Entertainment will be provided by Windy Ridge School Orchestra.

The First Fast Track to Membership Retreat The first Fast Track to Membership Retreat was held on September 5, 6, and 7 at the Warren Willis Camp in Fruitland Park, FL. The inaugural class included 14 potential new members. These attendees completed the Beginnings, Wesley Way and St. Luke's Here and Now classes during the retreat and returned to campus Sunday night to begin the Decide class. Those continuing on to membership will take their vows on October 12. Zumba Dance Class: Middle school students through adults can join certified Zumba instructor, Becca Jo Cross, on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Building A Room 202 (the dance room) for this fun, high-energy dance class! This class is currently free (donations accepted). Taking the Mystery Out of Your Camera's Manual Settings: Confused by all of the features on your digital or 35mm film SLR camera? Learn about how to use your camera’s settings along with tips on portrait, still life, landscape, and action photography in this eight-week class. Class will meet on Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. starting October 16. EVENING EXERCISE: Join Chris Smith, certified personal training and group exercise instructor, for circuit type training and cardio exercise. Modified techniques available for all exercise levels.
