Volunteer Table Hosts are needed for each night of the Commit Campaign dinners. Enjoy a meal with fellow St. Lukers while welcoming them to the table as a host for the event. Thirty five table hosts are needed for each night. There is a 2.5 hour (30 minute prior to dinner and 15 minutes after dinner) time commitment. Connect PUMPKIN PATCH: The St. Luke’s Youth Ministries Pumpkin Patch is now open near the picnic tables behind Building C. The patch is open Monday-Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For the safety of those serving and visiting, the throughway portion of the road behind Building C is closed through October 31. Please allow for extra time to maneuver around campus this month. FAMILY CAMPOUT: The second annual St. Luke's Fall Family Campout starts Friday, October 18 at 5:30 p.m. There will be food trucks available (at a cost), campfire songs, stories in the pumpkin patch, s’mores and a hot breakfast. The cost of $25.00 per family includes breakfast and snacks only. Bring your own tent, RV, or camper (no hook-ups available, showers and bathrooms will be open in Building C). Space is limited. SPECIAL NEEDS MUSIC THERAPY: The School of the Arts is pleased to welcome board-certified music therapist, Treva Collins, to the staff. Serve Within Our Community C.O.P.E. TODAY: The Cost of Poverty Experience is a required training for those serving in East Winter Garden or with the Circles Campaign and is a recommended training for anyone wanting to build a relationship through service. Bring your labeled tools such as rakes, hedge trimmers, spades, clippers, 3" paint rollers, and large heavy black bags.
