This Diploma provides students with knowledge of the principles of computing, as well as a solid foundation into the world of finance. As a graduate of this diploma, in addition to the learning outcomes achieved through the Diploma in Computing, the learner will also be able to: — assess risk in business investments and how to mitigate such risks; — understand the role of banking and financial services; — understand the important theories in banking, accounting and risk management; — use quantitative techniques in order to develop models which help undertake management tasks.
