The West London Varsity is a sporting contest against our rivals, Brunel. Over 2,000 students usually attend. Get in touch using the details on the last page if you want to know how we can involve your brand!
Our Summer Ball is one of our biggest events of the year attendance-wise. Last year we welcomed in over 1,200 students last year to enjoy a fun fair, Silent Disco and a headline performance from So Solid Crew. We don’t rotate our web banners, so for £350 you’ll be the only company advertising on our top web banner. You can have this exclusively during Freshers’ (a month between August 15 - October 15) for £500. A more central, non-rotating web banner - we only sell one of these at a time. You can have this exclusively during Freshers’ (a month between August 15 - October 15) for £700.
This is a rock-bottom price for Instagram advertising - we have 2,700 followers currently but this is growing by the day, and we usually have a minimum of 1,000 eyes on every Instagram story.
A longer advert (up to 15 minutes in length) can be broadcast through our IGTV channel, with an optional extra of it being broadcast as ‘live’ which ensures more notifications are given is possible - let us know if you’re interested in this using the details on the last page of this booklet.
Two screens within the students’ union can portray your message for the month of Freshers’ - all students coming in with enquiries will walk past them! One screen is outside the front door of the union and one is inside photos are available on request. Usually the desk receives footfall of around 1000 during Freshers’.
