• In 2013, more than 60 percent of students who applied were accepted into medical and dental schools — above the national average of approximately 40 percent • International opportunities include exchange programs with universities in Asia, South America and Europe • Industrial, electrical and computer engineering programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET

• Six national titles in basketball, baseball, softball and golf (one individual and one academic) • Member of NCAA Division II and the Heartland Conference • Nationally ranked men’s basketball team advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division II tournament for the first time in 2013 • Six All-Americans and 14 Academic All-Americans in 2012-2013
