Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions  The Indian Rupee (INR) prices quoted are definitive and fix.  All Journals are available in Print, Online, and Print + Online Subscription. For subscription of back

volumes/issue of journals, please contact our Subscription Department for price and availability.  Each subscription/access right is personal to the subscriber, and is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of

access from the date of contract.  Publishers strives to bring out its issues regularly, but we cannot guarantee for its uninterrupted publication. The Journal cannot be held responsible for postal delays.  All subscription orders must be prepaid. Orders will be processed only upon the realization of full subscription amount.  These rates are only applicable for Print / Online or Print + Online Journal sales in India.  The subscribers of Online Journals can have access via User Name and Password or IP -based Access. Only IP- based Users will have access for Multiple Users.  Subscribers to Online Subscription of Journals will have back volumes access of the journals. st  Subscription rates for Journals are revised yearly with effect from 1 January for the Subscriptions of Journals from January to December.  The right to amend/change access and subscription policies rests with publishers.  Indian Libraries/Institutes are required to place the order for the subscriptions of Journals on the Letter Head of the Institute.  Change in the address of dispatch should be intimated to publishers at least 2 months prior to the dispatch schedule as per the frequency of Journals. Subscribers should mention their Subscriber ID and the Subscription ID.  Publishers, if required, can merge the issues of journals and provide the merged issue to the subscribers.  If due to any reason, a journal ceases its publication during the period of subscription, subscriber is given an option to select any other journal at no additional cost. Payment Policy  Mode of Payment: Demand draft, and RTGS/ NEFT (payment to be made in favor of Consortium eLearning

Network Pvt. Ltd., payable at Delhi/New Delhi.  For outstation cheque or cash deposit, please add Rs 185/- to the total bill amount.  Once the order is processed, fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.  Payment of GST is mandatory for all Online, and Print + Online Journals subscriptions as per Government rules.
