13:30 Departure by special train at Zurich HB to Landquart.

During the train ride a light Swiss meal (between Zurich HB and Landquart) is served.

16:00 Change trains at Landquart

16:17 Continue transfer direction Davos.

17:32 Arrival at Davos Platz train station

After arrival, short walk and check-in at the Hotel Grischa.

07:00 Kick off breakfast and official start of the Switzerland Meeting Trophy 2024 at Hotel Grischa

07:45 Presentation of Swiss Partners. Hand out of rally books to the teams

08:20 Meet in the lobby for departure

08:30 Departure by busses to Rinerhorn

08:45 Ascent with the cable car to Rinerhorn

09:30 1st rally stops at Rinerhorn.

10:30 Pick up the mountain scooters and enjoy the ride to the valley (approx. 45 minutes)

11:30 Transfer to Sertig valley

12:15 Barbecue lunch at Walserhuus

Walserhuus

When you arrive here, you can leave your everyday worries behind. At the Walserhuus, uniquely situated in the idyllic and magical Sertig valley at the foot of Mittagshorn, Plattenflue and Hochducan at 1860 metres above sea level, you can switch off, relax and have fun.

Schatzalp

The Schatzalp funicular railway has been travelling up to the tranquil, south-facing sun terrace at 1861 metres above sea level since 1899. Built in the Art Nouveau style, the Hotel Schatzalp was originally conceived as a luxury sanatorium and was considered the most progressive health resort in the region at the beginning of the 20th century. It was here that Thomas Mann gathered inspiration and content for his novel «The Magic Mountain» The house has been run as a first-class hotel since 1953.

10:30 Arriving at the parking area A4 – leave the car and walk to Rigi train stop

11:08 Departure by cog railway to Mount Rigi

Step out of the daily grind and escape to Mount Rigi. Now is the time. Located in the heart of Central Switzerland, Mt. Rigi is easily accessible from every direction. Travel in comfort by mountain rail and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. Ride up, get off, and enjoy – it's as simple as that.

Vitznau lies in an idyllic bay of Lake Lucerne at the foot of the Rigi. This holiday resort in central Switzerland is a popular starting point for numerous excursions around the lake, primarily and naturally, up the famous regional mountain.

Morning Individual breakfast and check-out at the hotel.

09:00 Departure for teams North America, Netherlands and partly Nordic delegates to Zurich Airport by coach. Please take your luggage with you. The transfer takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

10:15 Departure by coach for the participants of the sightseeing tour 1. Please take your luggage with you. It will be stored at the Tourist Office right next to the railway station.

11:00 Sightseeing tour of Lucerne by foot (Tour 1). After the tour pick up your luggage at the Tourist Office.

11:15 Departure by coach for the participants of the sightseeing tour 2. Please take your luggage with you. It will be stored at the Tourist Office right next to the railway station.

12:00 Sightseeing tour of Lucerne by foot (Tour 2) After the tour pick up your luggage at the Tourist Office.

Sneakers are recommended during daytime activities, and we suggest bringing along a windbreaker/fleece for higher altitudes.

Friday all day: casual, comfortable shoes with a stable sole and good grip required, we are between 1500 and 2100 meters above sea level – it might be chilly and windy

Friday evening: casual – bring a warm jacket (1860 meters above sea level)

Saturday all day: casual, comfortable shoes required – bring a warm jacket.

Saturday evening: smart casual (no jeans, no tie for men) and warm jacket just in case as we are partly outdoors

Please travel light as due to logistical issues you may need to carry your luggage occasionally.

Each participant is responsible for its insurances. Please make sure that your travel insurance covers you for medical and dental costs in Switzerland. Switzerland Tourism does not cover these costs.

All activities and meals mentioned in the program are offered. We kindly ask you to pay your personal expenses like minibar, drinks at the bar, any other extras directly. Thank you for your cooperation.
