LIVE CALLS
One of the keys to running a successful advocacy campaign is mobilizing grassroots activists. We have found that the best way to do this is to identify your influential voters. Influentials get excited about political issues, and will bring your message to their friends and neighbors in an organic way. During our call programs, we have found that between 10% and 33% of the electorate are “talkers” (those who speak with 10 or more people outside their household about politics) or “super-talkers” (those who speak with 20 or more). We find influential voters during a live call, asking first if they support a specific issue and then how much they talk about political issues. Influential supporters should get extra information so they can encourage their friends and family members to support the issue as well. Undecided influential voters should be targeted with extra persuasion on the phone, at the door, in the mail and by the candidate. Live operators call and deliver scripts over the phone, asking questions and recording responses.These calls are completed from multiple call centers (we utilize 21 different call centers). For live calls you do not need a recording, but we will need a script and data. These calls typically run for more than one day and are billed by number of completed calls.
