Our Sunday School is meeting again every Sunday at 10.00am in the Church Hall, Church Road, for lively worship, Bible stories and crafts. Children of all ages are welcome (with or without their parents/carers.) For further information please contact Lyn Hayes on 01462 834165. We will be celebrating our annual Harvest Festival on 3 October, so bring your gifts of food for the Need Project. Tea Time Praise for families with young children continues to meet on the first Sunday of the month at 4.00pm. We gather next on 3rd October. The Annual Memorial Service is on Sunday 31 October at 3.00pm. This is an opportunity to remember with thanksgiving our family members and friends who have died. The vicar will read out the names of loved ones who have died in this and previous years.
Other social events include the Jigsaw Festival, Saturday 2 October 10.00am – 12.00; the Winter Fair, Saturday 6 November 2.00pm-4pm and the Christmas Tree Festival, Saturday 11/Sunday 12 December.
There are no restrictions on the size of congregations for those attending Sunday worship, Christenings, weddings and funerals. There is no need to book for any service. We ask people to keep a social distance during services and chairs remain spaced out in both the north and south aisles. The other Covid-19 restrictions that we have been following throughout the pandemic will remain in place.
