On one side of the road there is small industrial area while the other is more residential. On the residential side there is a cycle path/ pedestrian road running parallel to the main road making the bus stop easy accessible for the nearby houses. To reach the bus stop on the industrial side, you have to walk in main road, there is no side walks nor any pedestrian crossings. Twins, monozygotic. They are two. Looking in different directions. They are not looking directly at each other but they both know what’s going on. Peripheral vision. It’s nice to have control. They have both settled in the shade of a big mountain. Close to them, there is a road. Sometimes people stop for a visit, just a chat, they never stay overnight.

The accountant He or she is counting. 1,2,3... Cars, tractors, trucks. Red, yellow, blue. Cars are passing in the front, bicycles in the back. Motorcycles are driving fast, tractors slow, busses are stopping. The white stripes in the road is getting paler and paler. The tree next door is getting bigger, not much, but a little higher each year. It doesn’t matter what’s happening. Everything is noted, registered and archived. The archive is big.

Water tames fire. On the wall, a note. It’s behind a thick layer of plastic glass. The plastic is scratched with names and obscurities. IVAR VAR HER! FITTE! It’s impossible to read the note it selves. The wooden bench has burn marks, in the middle, a small heart, probably from a lighter. To the left a bigger round burn mark. The small fire must have been extinguished just at the right time. In one of the walls, there is two rectangular holes. Wind and rain are let in and making the bench wet. Thank God for the openings.

The hill The reach the building you have to turn off the main road and enter a smaller one. The road is narrow and winding. After a series of serpentines, the top is there. On the top there is a small parking lot next to an old modernist villa. From there you continue by foot. It is possible drive all the way, but there is no parking lot next to the house, so the most practical thing is to park next to the villa. a: main road b: modernist villa c: house

Curved silhouette There is a small hill behind the houses. Between the hill and the houses a small gravel road. It is not clear what’s on the other side of the hill, but it’s possible to see the roof of some kind of buildings through the dense wood. The view There is five houses on a row, they’re all facing south/west, but their angle varies slightly. They are placed on top of a small hill, overlooking the backside of dale. Some smaller spread buildings and a couple of larger ones. The larger ones might contain some kind of light industry. Next to the big buildings, there is a couple of football fields or some kind of sport grounds. The big buildings might also be sports facilities or schools. It’s hard to tell them apart these days.

Inside When you enter the house, a narrow hallway. To the left, a small place to hang your jacket, to the right a bedroom. If you continue in, a bathroom to the left and another bedroom on the other side. As a continuation of the hallway, a kitchen. It occupies one of the long walls in the living room. In the end of the house, one of the short walls in the living room, the entire wall is made of glass. In the middle of the wall there is a fireplace. Were the kitchen and the glass wall meets, there is a door leading out to the balcony. The entire building is shaped as two rectangels, one big containing most of the building and a smaller one with just the bathroom. The two bedrooms are constructed as individual boxes within the larger rectangel.

Rules Both the church and the cementary is determined by a certain set of parameters and rules. Church and graves, east-west, north-south. rigid. Size of land and buildings determined by the size of the community. Style, set by the national government. The buildings around is freer, large gardens, small gardens, no gardens. Made for 1,2,3, or maybe 10 people. Red, yellow, blue. Still, they all look kind of the same...

Interior A lot of rows. Five hundred and ten places. Built for seventeen hundred souls. Almost the same as today. The benches are uncomfortable, steep back, short seat, small legroom. Economy class. Ryan Air to heaven. In the front, the alter is in a separate part of the building, the ceiling is lower than in the rest of the church and tilting inwards on five side. The whole room act as a megaphone.

The ship On the poop deck of the ship, Captain Organist is steering his ship with his back against the waves. The ship is rocking steadily, up and down, port side and starboard. Mozart, Bach and Beethoven are howling. Passengers are entering trough the stern. They are stacked tight together on hard uncomfortable wooden benches. Like slaves on a slave ship. The first passengers that enters have to sit in the bow. The best thing is to come late, the places in the stern tackles the waves better and it is less chance of getting sick. If the weather gets really bad, the employee in the bow messes to passengers to keep their faith. In front of the bow, there is a painting of the ships galleon figure.
