The Clubright seminar will: introduce you to the free Clubright resource pack provide clear guidelines for staff and volunteers who run local groups help ensure that children and young people are safe in your care enable you to provide information for parents and children provide up-to-date information on current and relevant child protection legislation
What is Clubright?
The Clubright Resource Pack helps community, voluntary and sports* groups working with children and young people to be aware of child protection and safeguarding in their organisation. It provides a step by step guide to help you implement effective child protection policies and procedures along with good practice advice, a Parents Guide, Clubright posters, stickers, an informative DVD, support booklets and much more. Clubright supports a multi-agency approach to child protection and creates an open environment enabling free discussion of any child protection issues which may arise.
Clubright is supported and endorsed by Bristol City Council and the Bristol Local Safeguarding Children Board. Child-Safe is a locally based registered charity, which aims ‘to safeguard and prevent the abuse of children and young people away from home’ and in their local communities through the Clubright project. Child-Safe is supported and endorsed by Avon and Somerset Constabulary (Registered Charity No. 1105726)
