Porro et Sursum - Onward & Upward

On February 28, 2023, over 300 friends and family came together to celebrate the life, accomplishments and contributions of the late Charles E. [Charley] Morgan, Jr ., SPYC member since 1946. The atmosphere was one of a homecoming reunion— full of good cheer and fond remembrances. A panel of ten men—life-long friends, employees, sailing buddies, business colleagues, and in more than a few cases all of the above—gave testimonials to Charley’s character, commitment, loyalty, and to his fervor of all things nautical.
