Cub liZeport.

We were very sorry to lose Miss Toyne halfway through this term, but Mr. J. S. Cooper, our new Big Wolf, is shaping fairly well and a full programme has been carried out. Steele (mi.) has already gained his 1st Star and the rest of the Pack is well on its way. However, it must be remembered that no cub is really efficient until he has won both Stars.

In the Six competition, which will be carried over until the end of the next term, Yellow and Red are having a stern fight for 1st place.

Many games have been played requiring energy, brain-work and, last but not least, powerful lungs. Of these " Look out for Shere Khan " and " Strafe," an entirely vocal game, have been most popular.

On the last Tuesday of term we had a Treasure Hunt which was much enjoyed by all. Our previous training in tracking helped us to run the booty to earth amongst Mr. Ping's cabbages.
