Celebrating its 90th anniversary, Brookgreen Gardens is both a beautiful garden and a museum filled with sculptures that take your breath away. A day at Brookgreen Gardens is one you and your family will never forget as you learn about the culture of the Lowcountry, see the animals that make their home here, and be amazed by sculptures set amid beautiful gardens. This year-round cultural destination provides a dynamic variety of special events and exhibitions that are everchanging. Offering a selection of tours, programs, and exhibits for all ages, this community destination is one your family does not want to miss on your
vacation. Guests are welcome to stroll through the 9,127-acre floral jewel on a guided tour or explore the beautiful spaces on their own. A special after-hours event series, Summer Light: Art by Night, will feature creative light art installations and live music. This dazzling occasion will begin in May and continue every Wednesday & Saturday through the season. A variety of food and beverage options will also be available throughout the gardens.
