Yesenia De La Torre Editor’s Note: How Homecoming Began As Streamwood High School celebrated their 43rd Homecoming I began to wonder, how and who started this amazing tradition that happens every school year? Friday the 17th, after the amazing and fun Homecoming assembly I had a substitute teacher who turned out to be Mr. Rosner the Varsity Girls Basketball coach and former Student Council Adviser. I had the honor of interviewing him that day. Mr. Rosner was the Student Council Adviser for 25 years. Him and the group of students within the Council started the extravaganza everyone looks forward to every school year. Homecoming Week. (Continued page )
