LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

A Paige From My Notebook...

Dear Readers,

The holiday season is a time for reflection, giving, and gathering with the people who matter most. It’s the perfect opportunity to pause and cherish the moments that bring warmth to our lives—whether it’s spending quality time with friends and family, or lending a helping hand to those in need.

For some of us, the rush of the season can feel overwhelming, especially for those of us who lean toward procrastination. If you still have holiday shopping to do, consider skipping the big online retailers this year. Instead, shop local. Supporting small businesses in our community strengthens our economy and helps our neighbors thrive—plus, it’s a more personal and meaningful way to give.

This season, let’s also think about those who may be less fortunate. Charitable giving is a powerful way to spread the true spirit of Christmas. Whether it’s donating to

a local food pantry, volunteering your time, or simply offering kindness to someone who might need it, every act of generosity makes a difference.

At Strictly Business, we are deeply grateful for the relationships we’ve built with you—our readers, partners, and community. Your support allows us to continue sharing stories, insights, and connections that make our community stronger.

As we close out the year, I encourage you to embrace the joy, peace, and love that this season represents. Take time to reflect on the blessings of the past year and set your sights on the opportunities ahead.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with hope, happiness, and success.

Warm regards,

Omaha-Based Healthcare Company Fusion Gathers Employees for Project Pink’d Fundraiser

HBELLPRecognizedforEquityLeadershipfor Tenth Year in a Row

In honor of Breast Cancer awareness month, Fusion held a company outing and fundraiser last month, raising more than $21,000 for breast cancer support and research. The beneficiary was Project Pink’d, an organization that supports those diagnosed with breast cancer in several ways including financially, emotionally and physically.

“Fusion came together and did what we do best that day,” said Amber Barna, Chief Clinical Officer and breast cancer survivor. “I am so proud to be part of this company because of the way our team commits to supporting those around us. The advancements from research and generous donations are saving lives.”

Barna shared her story with the company the day before the fundraiser, telling all employees regardless of their gender how important it is to get regular screenings and to support organizations funding cancer research, like Project Pink’d.

“When I started treatment in 2009, my doctor told me that my attitude would determine how I felt, and I really didn’t believe him until one day I just felt horrible. I got labs done and was convinced they were going to show that something was off, but I was wrong. The labs looked good, and I realized the only thing that was off was my attitude,” said Barna. “I try to carry that into the rest of my life and my mentoring of other professionals, telling them that no matter the circumstance, your attitude plays a huge role in the outcome.” You can learnLearn more about Project Pink’d and the organization’s mission by visiting projectpinkd.org.

The three-building complex also includes paved load-out roads, drive aisles and drop-off/check-in areas and parking lots.

Integrate partnered with Lawrence Group architects, excavation contractor Gana Trucking & Excavating, and cement stabilization and asphalt contractor Byrne and Jones Construction on the project, which required nearly 200,000 cubic yards of earthwork and over 60,000 tons of imported stone aggregate, plus 25,000 square yards of asphalt for the planned parking lots.

Integrate was able to offer over $1 million in cost saving ideas to the owner at the start of the project, along with an aggressive nine-month schedule, working through the winter, to provide unparalleled value to IAA. The project was completed in September 2024.

How did you get started in the business? - I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Biosciences and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and connected with Huffman Engineering at our career fair. Tell us a little about your family. - I grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa with my sister and my parents. My dad was the CEO of the family business that my grandpa started, and my mom was a social worker. What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? - One of the biggest turning points in my life was the end of my senior year of college. I was considering going back to school for a master’s degree but was also eager to enter the workforce. I interned at HEI that summer and knew that I wanted to continue doing controls engineering at HEI as soon as I could. So, I decided to move from Golden, Colorado to Lincoln about a year ago, and I am so thankful for the internship for being such a big turning point in my life.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? - I love to wake surf and wakeboard! I grew up on a lake and love getting out on the boat for water sports. I recently learned to do a 360 while wake surfing!

Tell us a little about your business. - The First Responders Foundation (FRF) was created to serve the individuals who are the first “helpers” to arrive on the scene in an emergency situation. The First Responder, at times, can become the 2nd victim. The injuries to the Responder can be physical in nature, and obvious. Other injuries may not be so obvious, such as those that affect a Responder's mental health.

The FRF is willing to assist Responders in a variety of ways, although we place a focus on the mental health aspect.

How did you get started in the business? - In June of 2021, the Papillion fire chief contacted me about the need to form a Papillion Chapter of the First Responders Foundation. The chief suggested that they needed a prior Firefighter on the Board and asked if I would consider filling that role.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally?Regarding my role as a Board Member of the Papillion Chapter, I would say it has been to better understand the Mental Health component of a First Responder’s wellbeing. After attending meetings with the Foundation, attending seminars, classes and doing some research, I have a greater understanding and appreciation of its importance. Not only that, as I look back on my experience as a Firefighter/EMT, it seems that for many of the sick and injured public that we transported to the Hospital there was often an underlying mental or emotional component.

Tell us a little about your family. - My wife and I have 7 children, 5 boys and 2 girls. They are all adults now. Other than an occasional part time job here and there my wife, Michaela, was a stay at home mother. She is the center of our household and she earned that position.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? - Becoming a father.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? - I was first a volunteer Firefighter. I joined the Papillion Fire Department in 1983, they were volunteer at the time. That is where I discovered the Fire Service. I found it to be challenging, rewarding and it aligned with my values. It was the right work for me, and I wanted to do the work right. I also discovered that you could make a living being a career Firefighter, which I was ultimately able to do. Being a Firefighter should be so much more than a job. When done with honor, integrity, bravery, competence and compassion it becomes a vocation. I did what I could to make it my vocation. It was a privilege to assist people at their time of need while also meeting so many different people in doing so. For example, I might be under the 16th street bridge interacting with a homeless person and, later in the same day, be in an executive board room attending to a CEO experiencing chest pains.

What local nonprofit organization(s) are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why? - First Responders Foundation. When First Responders arrive at a scene, they loan their strength and abilities to others. I welcome the opportunity to return the goodwill and loan my time and efforts to them.

If our readers would like to contact you, how should they do so? - jtglesinger@gmail.com

StyleHouse is the home of your next great haircut, and they would love to

How did you get started in the business? - I grew up around the business with my dad but never actually wanted to do hair. I was at a standstill with school my junior year of college and decided this was as the path to take. I have loved every second of my job since.

How long have you been at StyleHouse? - I started working with my dad at the Barbershop in May of 2016. So I have been with him for over 18 years now.

What is your specialty or services you offer? - I am the only one at our shop that offers perms, hair bleaching and using the texturizing razor tool to give them all the flips they like. I have customers with every hair type and love the adversity of our shop.

What has been your most important achievement professionally? - My greatest accomplishment has been being able to work side by side with my dad all these years and see how much he loves his job. We have so many families that come in and just being able to talk with them each month is something I look forward to.

Favorite thing to do on a day off? - When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have three kiddos in sports along with our nieces and nephews in activities. We stay pretty busy keeping up with all of them.

What is the most interesting or unique thing about you that most people don’t know? - One thing not everyone knows about us is our family is huge and we get together every year for our Shada family reunion. We have anywhere from 220-300 family members come to town each year and we have been doing this for almost 80 years straight!

How did you get started in the business? - I started in the business graduating mid-term from high school receiving a scholarship to attend beauty school in 1987. How long have you been at StyleHouse? - I have been with StyleHouse three plus years starting August of 2021.

The YMCA’s goal is to provide life-enriching opportunities for children, seniors and cancer survivors alike, regardless of income or background.

“With every year-end gift, we’re able to extend opportunities to more families who need us most,” said Rebecca Deterding, YMCA of Greater Omaha President and CEO. “These contributions help us create spaces for health, learning and connection, impacting families and individuals throughout our community.”

As the holiday season approaches, Child Saving Institute (CSI) is proud to announce its year-end Substitute Santa campaign, aimed at raising $350,000 to provide hope and happiness for underserved children in the Omaha-metro community.

For more than 130 years, CSI's Substitute Santas have been a beacon of support for vulnerable children facing heartache, uncertainty and fear during the holiday season. Through the generosity of compassionate individuals and community partners, CSI aims to raise much-needed funds to continue to provide essential resources and services to children and families who have faced significant challenges.

"The true magic of the season comes from the kindness and warmth of our community," said Jaymes Sime, President and CEO of Child Saving Institute. "Our Substitute Santa campaign is a testament to the power of collective giving; ensuring local children and youth can experience healing and brighter days while knowing they are not alone during the holidays."

CSI encourages the community to take part in its Substitute Santa campaign and make spirits bright through the end of the year, and especially on Giving Tuesday, December 3, due to a matching sponsor for Child Saving Institute on that one day of online giving. CSI extends their gratitude to CharterWest Bank for their continued matching gift on Giving Tuesday and to Scheels for being a corporate sponsor of the campaign. Heartland Cancer Foundation (HCF) is here for you and your family. This year, over 11,000 Nebraskans received a cancer diagnosis, and many faced financial barriers to life-saving care due to the cost of their treatment journey. Donations to the HCF help alleviate these burdens, covering essential housing and transportation expenses so patients can focus on what matters most: healing.

This year alone, HCF has supported 187 cancer patients with housing and transportation grants totaling $140,251. Looking ahead to 2025, the foundation is committed to expanding its impact by increasing grant amounts to $1,000 and extending services to more Nebraska counties. Patients can choose the areas where they need assistance most, such as mortgage or rent payments, utility bills, fuel expenses or car loans. HCF has never turned down a request, but they need ongoing support to continue giving the gift of hope this holiday season.

There are several ways to contribute: make a donation on Giving Tuesday, give a year-end gift, sponsor the Mardi Gras Gala on Saturday, February 8, 2025 schedule a recurring gift to provide steady support, or designate HCF as a beneficiary in your estate planning.

Your compassionate contribution could be the spark of hope a patient desperately needs. Learn more, get involved or make an online donation at heartlandcancerfoundation.org.

Youth Emergency Services Seeks Winter Item Donations

Youth Emergency Services (YES) provides housing and support to youth experiencing instability, crisis, and homelessness. In the cold winter months, the YES supports young people by providing winter-friendly clothing and items to keep youth warm. YES is seeking donations of winter items to help youth visiting YES’ Street Outreach Center. High priority winter items include: winter coats (for adults and children), hand warmers, gloves, hats, fleece blankets, thermal blankets, wool socks, boots, winter clothing (long sleeved shirts in all sizes) etc.

The YES Street Outreach Center is the only center of its kind for homeless and near-homeless youth in the Omaha metro area. Because of this, YES fills a void in the community by providing a vulnerable population with necessary services, referrals and support that they may not receive elsewhere.

In just the past fiscal year, YES served 394 unduplicated youth clients. Meanwhile, the organization’s Street Outreach Center saw 2,797 check-ins—meaning that youth are returning to the Center to receive access to agency programs and resources.

Donations can be dropped off at YES’ Street Outreach Center (located at 2602 Harney St.) anytime Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For questions or to express interest in hosting a drive to collect winter items, please email especk@yesomaha.org.

Holiday Season

"I really appreciate this program! It’s been incredibly helpful to have someone care and empathize with my symptoms, while working with me to achieve my goals."

This is just one of the many heartfelt thank you messages CenterPointe received from individuals they’ve had the honor of serving this year. While data highlights the growing need, it’s the personal stories and healing they witness that truly underscore the impact of their work.

Last year alone, they saw a 16.7% increase in outpatient services, helping a record 5,200 individuals across more than 40 programs. Many of those they served were living well below the poverty line.

Yet, the need continues to grow.

This Holiday season, CenterPointe invites you to stand with them in their mission to help people get better, sooner, for longer. At CenterPointe, their work goes beyond just us—it’s a community-wide and state-wide effort. As funding cuts increase and more people face challenges, they remain steadfast in their commitment to provide accessible, integrated healthcare for all.

At their Campus for Health and WellBeing in Lincoln, they offer a wide range of services, including primary care, psychiatric services and an on-site pharmacy, all in one location. This integrative, teambased approach ensures that individuals receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive. In Omaha, their Campus for Hope provides critical short- and long-term residential treatment, helping those in the midst of recovery find stability.

But they can’t do it alone.

Your financial support is essential as they continue serving those in need. Visit centerpointe.org to donate this holiday season and help more people get better, sooner, for longer.

Christian Record Services Celebrates the Growth of PhoneFaith

Christian Record Services, Inc. is thrilled to share news about the growth of PhoneFaith as part of its outreach ministry to the blind community.

When Christian Record Services (CRS) acquired PhoneFaith from another nonprofit in 2020, it had approximately 20-30 participants a month. Since then, the program has grown, and in January 2024, there were 217 total participants, peaking during the revivals and other special programs with well-known presenters.

In addition, PhoneFaith piloted programs in Spanish this spring and summer. The programs continue and are available on the second Tuesdays of each month.

Daily PhoneFaith dial-in presentations offer opportunities to inform and encourage, through mental health and wellness sessions, social meet-and-greet interactions, Bible games, and prayer.

PhoneFaith was started by CRS Board Member, Dr. Dexter Thomas, who is blind, as he searched for tangible ways to connect with other people who were blind or visually impaired. It continues today under the leadership of Dr. Leanora Ruff, who organizes and coordinates the volunteer hosts and presenters needed for the weekly presentations.

“It is heart-warming to observe the value of PhoneFaith to participants as they engage with others who experience a similar journey. We are grateful, with God’s guidance, to offer a way for the people we serve to connect, engage and grow,” says Diane Thurber, President of Christian Record Services, Inc.

HonoringLivesandRaisingAwareness:Observing WorldDayof RemembranceforRoadTrafficVictims

Midlands Community Foundation Match Program Starts December 3

Community members and groups, law enforcement, traffic safety professionals, advocacy organizations and concerned citizens are helping the Nebraska Safety Council come together to observe the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. This global event serves as a solemn remembrance of those who have lost their lives or been seriously injured in traffic incidents, but it’s a call to action to prevent future tragedies.

The day calls to action to diminish preventable factors like distractions, speed, drug and alcohol impairment and wearing a seatbelt. The event also addressed the concerns of rising pedestrian fatalities.

"This day is not just about mourning those we’ve lost," said Eric Koeppe, President and CEO of the National Safety Council - Nebraska Chapter. "It’s about uniting as a community to say that these deaths and injuries are both unacceptable and preventable. We have the power to change this by prioritizing safety and demanding policies that protect every road user."

The National Safety Council – Nebraska Chapter (NSCN) began in 1924 with a mission to reduce injuries and save the lives of Nebraskans through education, training, developing and distributing resources and safety advocacy. NSCN partners with businesses, schools and law enforcement, throughout Nebraska. Learn more at nesafetycouncil.org.

Community Foundation for Western Iowa Receives Historic $165 Million Gift to Revitalize Southwest Iowa

At a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, Steve Wild, president of the Charles E. Lakin Foundation, and Donna Dostal, president and CEO of the Community Foundation for Western Iowa, announced a $165 million initiative to “Revitalize Southwest Iowa.” Nearly 200 guests, comprised of business leaders, community members, nonprofit organizations and philanthropic supporters, attended the private event, held at the Blue Bird Hill event venue in Atlantic, IA.

The “Revitalize Southwest Iowa” initiative is the Lakin Foundation’s answer to the region’s population decline over the past 120 years and the investment will primarily focus on housing, childcare and community resilience to create a lasting legacy of positive socioeconomic transformation across the region. The historic donation will create 23 Field of Interest Funds at the Community Foundation for Western Iowa designed to support 51 communities throughout six counties in southwest Iowa.

"We know that we have challenges – we have an issue with affordable and workforce housing,” said Dostal. “In fact, we have a challenge with housing overall. We know that we don't have a workforce issue, we have a housing issue, and we have an access-to childcare issue. So, we want to continue to invite people to come back and live in southwest Iowa and help make those communities strong. Because we are not in the middle of nowhere, we're in the middle of everywhere."

This shortfall exists despite Nebraska tech worker numbers rising by nearly 12,000 since 2011, which suggests the demand for tech talent outpaces IT workforce growth, according to the Nebraska Tech Collaborative. In addition, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts tech job needs will increase 26% by 2026.

AIM’s Advanced Technical Training provides a pipeline to technology careers that start with introductory content and career sessions to help students align their strengths to tech’s five areas (coding, data, design, cybersecurity and operations) before they progress to specialized courses tailored to industry needs.

The free Advanced Technical Training program is open to students age 18 and over, which ensures cost is not a barrier to highly indemand tech skills training. Courses vary from four to 16 weeks with certifications in hardware, networking, at-home troubleshooting and system administration; web development; and full-stack development.

AIM Institute is a nonprofit that grows a strong and diverse tech community through education, career development and community outreach. AIM envisions a thriving community where anyone can pursue a rewarding career in technology.

Organizations Come Together to Launch Military and Family Helpline

On November 7, United Way of the Midlands (UWM), Offutt Air Force Base, the Nebraska Department of Veterans’ Affairs and community partners came together to celebrate the launch of the Military and Family Helpline – marking a significant step forward in support of military-connected individuals and their families.

This innovative collaboration seeks to strengthen support for veterans and active-duty military and their dependents by leveraging existing community resources and infrastructure. With nearly 70% of activeduty service members and their families living off-base, the need for robust quality-of-life support systems that extend beyond military installations is critical. The Military and Family Helpline aims to bridge this gap by providing confidential information and referral assistance to veterans, retirees, active/guard/reserve service members, civilian personnel and their families 24/7/365.

The Helpline utilizes UWM’s existing 211 Helpline to connect users to trained resource specialists who provide live support and tailored personal navigation services – helping them find resources for needs such as food, housing, healthcare, childcare and employment. As part of the partnership agreement, a dedicated navigator will also operate both on-base and at UWM to offer assistance – effectively braiding veteran, installation and community-based resources to meet needs.

“The launch of the Military and Family Helpline highlights the Omahametro community's commitment to supporting our military, creating a robust support system for service members and their families,” said Shawna Forsberg, President and CEO, United Way of the Midlands.

Holiday Wrap-Up

Although the holiday season is a time for family and friends and making memories, it can be stressful to navigate. Christmas is quickly approaching, which is immediately followed by New Year’s. There seems to be a company event or social gathering every other day, so finding time for one’s own holiday plans or even just a holiday meal can seem impossible, rushed and last minute.

However, last-minute plans, meals and gifts don’t have to equal less meaningful. Heck, some spontaneity can even be fun! Connecting with loved ones is what truly matters during this time of year, whether that’s on a holiday’s day or after. There are also benefits to waiting to host a holiday event after the season has passed. It serves as something to look forward to in the New Year and allows for those who might’ve had conflicting plans to make the celebration.

Trust these Omaha experts to make last-minute holiday planning or presents every bit as meaningful as those that have been planned by others since August! There’s no right way to holiday plan, so consider every option with the following companies.

It’s officially that time of year. The holidays are right around the corner, and The Fowling Warehouse is more than prepared to make its clients’ last minute holiday plans go off without a hitch. The Fowling Warehouse is always available by telephone and will return emails within a few short hours. The Fowling Warehouse is the most reliable thanks to its state-of-the-art reservation system, which allows The Fowling Warehouse team to efficiently plan every party, showing availability in real time.

For companies that couldn’t fit their events in before the holiday season comes to a close, The Fowling Warehouse can help keep that holiday cheer heading into the New Year!

“We realize many people and businesses wait until after the first of the year to have a gathering, and we like it too!” asserts Co-owners Mark Wolf and Dan Fishburn. “We are always on top of our game no matter what time of year!”

The Fowling Warehouse does not offer or serve food. However, guests are encouraged to bring in food of their preference. The Fowling Warehouse feels this policy allows it to focus on providing its guests with a memorable experience, while also acknowledging every client’s unique taste!

The Fowling Warehouse makes the best last-minute gift because gifting an experience is the true golden ticket. Its football-sized facility allows plenty of room for any kind of last-minute event before or after the holiday season is over. The Fowling Warehouse offers a one-of-a-kind experience that nobody else can offer!

If one is similarly looking to give his/her family the gift of an experience and wishes to bring the fun inside the house, one should turn to FotoFunSpot . Even if a holiday event is thrown together at the very last minute, it’s still important to capture those holiday moments and intimate memories. At FotoFunSpot, finding ways to make every holiday event special is the top priority.

One popular and increasingly essential element for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere is FotoFunSpot’s photo booths! A photo booth provides instant entertainment for guests. It’s a place where people can let loose, strike silly poses and create spontaneous memories. While professional photographers are great for posed shots, photo booths capture candid and often hilarious moments. These spontaneous photos always prove to be the most cherished and memorable takeaway from a family event. Plus, photo booths are incredibly versatile and can be customized to fit any event theme or style, so one doesn’t have to compromise that “White Christmas” or “Candy Cane Lane” party theme!

One of the biggest advantages of a photo booth is the personalized keepsakes it offers. Customizable photo strips or prints with the event’s date, names or a special holiday message make for memorable souvenirs, maybe even lieu of a traditional holiday card! Guests leave with a tangible reminder of the event, which they’re likely to cherish long after the celebration ends.

All that activity can be exhausting, leaving one with little energy left to cook. Thankfully, Tu Familia Mexican Restaurant is the perfect last-minute option for a holiday gathering. ENERGYEFFICIENCY

During this time of year, furnaces start running; kitchen appliances bake, store and re-warm holiday goodies; and Christmas lights begin twinkling, so reducing energy costs should be at the front of everyone’s minds. However, energy efficiency is more than just cutting costs. Energy efficiency also increases property value, can improve a business’ competitiveness and has even been proven to improve individuals’ physical and mental health. There’s no disadvantage.

The following Omaha companies make sustainable development and an energy efficient lifestyle attainable for the average person.

The responsible and economical use of energy is not only essential for environmental sustainability but also for reducing operational costs and increasing reliability across all building systems. Efficient energy use conserves resources, lowers emissions and contributes to a cleaner environment—which aligns with Optimized Systems’ commitment to sustainable building operations.

By optimizing building automation systems (BAS) to ensure peak performance, it minimizes waste and maximizes energy savings. By helping building owners and operators use energy responsibly, Optimized Systems decreases costs, extends system life and reduces environmental impact—empowering clients to make impactful, responsible choices every step of the way.

When building systems operate efficiently, it requires less energy to maintain desired conditions, leading to lower utility bills. Many existing systems consume excessive energy by running when not needed or by operating inefficiently. By retrofitting these systems with modern, energy-saving techniques, clients not only cut down on energy waste but also reduce wear and tear, lowering maintenance costs and extending the lifespan of their equipment.

Energy-efficient measures are often advertised as requiring new equipment

or controls, but this can be a costly endeavor with varying payback periods. Optimization leverages existing equipment, allowing owners to achieve a quick return on investment by minimizing expenses and maximizing energy efficiency, saving valuable dollars.

“At Optimized Systems, our optimization techniques start with a detailed assessment and testing of a building's existing systems to understand current functionality and identify areas of inefficiency,” says President and Founder Rick Kmiecik. “We analyze data to detect equipment that may be overworking, outdated or running unnecessarily, pinpointing specific opportunities for improvement.”

From there, Optimized Systems designs a customized, comprehensive optimization plan that enhances efficiency without compromising comfort or performance. Optimized Systems’ strategies include implementing advanced controls, upgrading outdated components and fine-tuning system operations to reduce energy waste. This targeted approach provides clients with customized strategies, tailored to significantly lowering energy use, cost and environmental impact.

A significant energy-efficient and financially-beneficial solution to high utility costs is reassessing a home or business’ automation system.

A building automation system provides control for the HVAC, lighting, security and life safety systems in a building. Control Depot provides innovative cost-effective solutions and designs across the entire spectrum of building types in both the commercial and residential markets.

Control Depot partners with the leading suppliers of building technologies in order to provide its customers with the best products available. As a Honeywell Authorized Systems Distributor, Control Depot offers a full-line of Honeywell commercial and residential products to fulfill any HVAC controls or security needs. From a simple residential thermostat to a complex web-based building automation system, Control Depot supports and stocks the Honeywell parts its clients need.

As a Belimo Platinum Distributor, Control Depot carries a complete line of Belimo actuators, valves and sensors. Belimo is a global leader in the commercial HVAC components market with a strong commitment to quality and value in all its product offerings.

Additionally, Control Depot offers top quality product from suppliers such as EasyIO, Viconics, Tridium, Honeywell Analytics (including BW and Rae), Prolon, Lutron, Johnson Controls, ACI, Siemens, eGauge, Millenial Net and many, many more, all of which make switching to energy-efficient options less daunting.

Engineered Controls similarly understands that lighting and HVAC systems are generally to blame for a significant portion of a building’s high operational costs. It’s estimated that lighting and HVAC systems can collectively account for up to 80% of a building’s total energy usage, which is all the more reason for a business to reevaluate its energy footprint and see if there is a better, more environmentally friendly solution.

Engineered Controls supports its customers in identifying areas where efficiency can be improved within their buildings via its Energy Optimization programs. These programs leverage a diverse array of energy-efficient products and solutions and are overseen by their team of knowledgeable professionals.

Pat Killeen, the Owner of Engineered Controls, shared the programs' objective saying “The aim is to provide building owners and managers with real-world data to make informed decisions that not only enhance the comfort of occupants but also reduce energy consumption.”

Engineered Controls is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services that establish efficient, safe and comfortable building environments that not only safe on costs, but that help companies shrink their energy footprint, which allows them to contribute their share to energy conservation efforts.
