Foreword to 2024 Lusitania Yearbook
It is a great source of pride and pleasure to present this yearbook to you. It showcases much of what Lusitania Primary has journeyed through in 2024. There have been many external challenges but the business of the school, teaching and learning, has continued to thrive.
Let’s remember that one of our core visions is to “provide quality education and inter-cultural values to international standards”.
Lusitania certainly does this, as you will see when you delve into these pages. Further, we encourage our pupils to “Learn. Compete. Perform.” as three key pegs to identify what we do and expect.
LEARN means that pupils are taught to the highest standards by professional teachers, encouraging in them a progressive journey of building knowledge and skill sets across a wide range of subjects, beginning in ECD. Every pupil is closely mentored and supported in each subject area, be it Mathematics and Sciences, Languages or Humanities.
Our remedial Mathematics department is very proactive in ensuring that pupils understand key concepts and do not simply learn by rote. Similar support is available in core languages, these being English, Shona and Portuguese.
By the time they go home, there should not be much homework left to do because we believe that learning also requires some sort of break and an opportunity to read or follow up on other interests.
Lusitania is one of only a few primary schools in this country that offers fully fledged and integrated learning from ECD that follows the Cambridge and Zimsec curricula.
Our teachers are all trained in the delivery of each option, ensuring that relevant integration occurs. Since the majority of our pupils go on to ATS senior schools that offer Cambridge, each is well prepared for the structures and content of the Cambridge learning route.
Over the next three years Cambridge International is test driving on-line assessments instead of purely paper-based examinations. In this regard, the exposure to Cambridge at Lusitania prepares each of our pupils for this to a very high standard.
This is clear from the way that our pupils who sat for the 2024 Common Assessment Paper, used by ATS member schools for entry assessments, managed very confidently and competently with the trial on-line CAP content.
Our timetable allows for pupils to complete their homework after lunch until sporting and club activities begin. These sessions are conducted and supervised by class teachers.
COMPETE refers to the compulsory sporting activities that every pupil is given an opportunity to participate in, according to ability and interest.
Expert coaching in various sporting disciplines produces competitive teams that stand up well against other schools. Some newer options are also developing, such as rugby and water-polo. The school offers each pupil the chance to play a sport and to be a part of a team, instilling in them a sense of collective pride in achieving something for themselves and for the school.
They also learn that with winning can come losing and that these should be treated equally. It builds character to have to improve the next time because this is a life skill and one of the biggest facets of playing any sport.
PERFORM encompasses partaking in the school’s extensive musical, dramatic andcultural options. Each pupil has the opportunity to sing, play a musical instrument, act and celebrate different cultural days that the school recognises. These include Carnaval and Portuguese National Day as well as Africa Day.
Each year the school offers a dramatic production, usually a musical, that many children have the chance to be a part of. This year our production of SHREK went on the road to Bulawayo for a performance at the School of Music.
They participated in the Combined Choir evening that brings together the best of primary school talent for one amazing event.
To be a part of this was a tremendous boost for self-confidence, taking our cast out of familiar surroundings and finding that completely different audiences enjoyed their entertainment and over all ability. Further, some of our pupils travelled with the Choice Choir, under the leadership of our own Head of Performing Arts.
Lusitania pupils of all ages also engage extensively in the National Institute of Allied Arts programme and the annual Eisteddfod series. This yearbook will highlight some aspects of this and many other activities.
The elements of LEARN, COMPETE and PERFORM are all amply covered in this yearbook, a true showcase of all that Lusitania offers to its pupils and parents who invest in a world class education. The opportunities offered in all spheres guarantee that a Lusitania education is as good as anything in any part of the world. Let’s all be very proud of this!
Finally, our Mission Statement promises “educational excellence and value for money”. The former is true, allow me to highlight that “value for money” means that what you pay for is what you get. What it says on the Lusitania tin is what you find inside that tin.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing many new faces signing up for our unique and thoroughly rewarding educational product.

A YEAR IN REVIEW: 2024
The year 2024 unfolded as a remarkable chapter for our school community, characterized by a spirit of resilience, innovation, and outstanding academic achievement. Throughout the year, we navigated various challenges, yet our united purpose propelled us to reach unprecedented milestones.
Our students showcased their talents and dedication in both academic and extracurricular arenas, achieving notable successes from athletic victories to vibrant cultural celebrations.
As we look back on the year, we are infused with a deep sense of pride and gratitude for the concerted efforts of our students, staff, and parents. Together, we have cultivated a strong sense of belonging and unity that underpins our school’s ethos.
Academic Excellence
A Strong Foundation: Grade 7 Success
The academic year commenced on a positive note as we welcomed returning students along with new faces eager to learn. A significant highlight was the graduation of our Grade 7 class of 2023, who are now in high school.
This cohort achieved an extraordinary 100% pass rate across all subject units—a clear reflection of their tireless hard work, determination, and the rigorous support provided by our dedicated teaching staff. Notably, our students excelled in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Social Science, Physical Education, and Arts, each achieving a perfect pass rate. In the subjects of Shona, Agriculture, Science, and ICT, our students secured a commendable pass rate of 96%.
Further underscoring their academic prowess, our Grade 7 students shined in external assessments. In the CHISZ Shona examination, they achieved a 96% pass rate, with a remarkable tally of 15 distinctions, 19 credits, and 3 passes. Princess Munetsi emerged as the top performer with an impressive score of 97%.
Our success continued in the CHISZ Computers examination, where we maintained a 100% pass rate, garnering 39 distinctions and 11 credits, with Ethan Chitsa achieving the highest score of 96%.
Additionally, in the Microsoft IC3 Spark examinations, all students passed, with Tafara Magoro attaining the highest score of 967 out of 1000 points, further showcasing their dedication and skill.
Early Childhood Education
Recognizing the critical importance of early education, we are excited to announce that we are now officially a Cambridge-registered Early Childhood Development (ECD) Center.
This milestone is a tribute to the unwavering dedication of our educators, the invaluable support from our parent community, and the Board’s commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
Cambridge CEM Assessments
In 2023, we made significant strides toward personalized learning by introducing Cambridge CEM’s baseline assessments for Grades 5 and 6. These formative assessments are designed to identify students’ individual strengths and weaknesses, enabling our educators to tailor instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of our learners.
We are particularly excited about the planned extension of these assessments to Grade 3 in 2025, which will provide early insights into learning needs, allowing for a supportive and adaptive educational environment from the outset of formal schooling.
Building for the Future: Grade 6 Checkpoint
The Cambridge Grade 6 Checkpoint assessments yielded commendable results, highlighting the remarkable capabilities of our students. Standout performers like Atipaishe Chiparausha, Ethan Chitsa, and Zoe Choto not only demonstrated proficiency but, in some cases, achieved perfect scores across multiple subjects.
Our pass rates exemplify this success: students earned a 93% pass rate in English, showcasing strong language skills, reading comprehension, and writing ability. Similarly, a 93% pass rate in Mathematics illustrated students’ mastery of essential mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
Most impressively, our Science assessment culminated in a stellar pass rate of 95%, which reflects the students’ solid understanding of scientific principles and their ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations.
STEM Excellence and Beyond
Our commitment to fostering STEM education was further validated as our school represented Harare Province in the National Science Exhibition. Under the guidance of Mr. Mukarati, students Nokubonga Moyo, Kupakwashe Mandioma, Alora Kutesera, and Benjamin Mupfanochiya presented their innovative prototype on Hydropower Generation, showcasing their ingenuity and problem-solving skills.
Celebrating Diversity: Sporting and Cultural Events
The second term of the academic year was vibrant as we celebrated our diverse cultural heritage. Our students demonstrated their athletic prowess in numerous ball games, with several being selected to represent the province—a testament to their hard work and dedication to sports.
Cultural events such as Africa Day and Portuguese Day were also focal points, celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures within our school community and reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
The Performing Arts department captivated audiences once again with their annual production of *Shrek*. The dedication, creativity, and teamwork exhibited by both students and staff brought this beloved story to life, resulting in a memorable experience for all attendees and fostering a love for the arts.
Moreover, our students excelled at the NIAA (National Institute of Arts and Action) visual and literary festivals, demonstrating exceptional creativity and hard work.
Talented students, including Sherwin Mugari, Zoe Choto, and Shalom Kudumba, qualified for the prestigious top ten in the national Zimbabwe Spelling Bee Finals, highlighting their impressive language proficiency and dedication.
Global Recognition: International Opportunities
In an exciting international achievement, twelve of our students who are part of the Choice Children’s choir led by Mr Mutasa represented Zimbabwe at the prestigious ‘Sing for Gold’ competitions held in Barcelona, Spain.
Their exceptional talent and commitment to excellence shone through, culminating in the achievement of gold and silver medals—a testament to their hard work, passion for music, and unwavering pursuit of excellence.
Bethel Mazango and Grace Dzawo achieved distinctions in the University of West London: London College of Music Examinations (LCME) practical violin examinations. London College of Music Examinations (LCME) is a university-owned, inclusive board for performance exams.
Additionally, student leaders Princess Munetsi, Rolland Chindavata, Munashe Makwanya, and Tawananyasha Madziva showcased their leadership abilities by participating in international projects like the Model United Nations and being inducted into the UK Leaders Of All Nations International Hall of Fame.
A Bittersweet Farewell
We bid farewell to Miss Mugari, our beloved Grade 2 North teacher, as she embarked on a teaching adventure in the USA.
A Bright Outlook for 2025
As we look forward to the new year, we are filled with optimism and excitement. We remain committed to providing our students with an exceptional education that fosters academic excellence, creativity and character development.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our dedicated staff, supportive parents and above all, our talented students. Your unwavering commitment to excellence has made 2024 a truly remarkable year.
Through the collective efforts of our students, staff, and the broader school community, 2024 has been a year of significant accomplishments and unforgettable experiences.
As we move forward, we remain dedicated to our mission of nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel in academics, sports and culture and make positive contributions to society.

Librarian
2024 has been both a challenging and rewarding year. Our book day celebrations were such fun with dress-up, crafts, read-alouds, book reports and lots of reading time in the school.
We would like to thank each and every student and parent who donated a book to our library this year. We have so many new and exciting books that many students have already enjoyed, and we welcome further donations at any time. As we break for the school holidays, we look forward to 2025 and all of the new adventures it will bring. We want to create a habit of reading in all our students and we challenge students and parents alike to be more mindful of their screen time. Put down the screens more often and snuggle up with a good book! This is the key to acquiring more knowledge and improving our vocabulary.

ECD Department
We’ve had another wonderful year in our ECD Department this year. In January 2024, we welcomed 20 new ECD A students and 14 new ECD B students.
We are excited to have seen both these groups of students grow taller and smarter and we feel very confident that they are ready for the next stage in their academic careers.
This year we were successfully registered as a Cambridge Early Years Center and we would like to extend our gratitude to our CEO, Mr. Annandale, and our Head of Academics Dr. Gonde for their guidance and support in making this possible.
Our departmental theme for this year was Science. We chose this theme because there is no better way to learn than to play, explore, observe and analyse the things around us. This theme gave us an opportunity to explore food science, astronomy, water and animals in a fun and exciting way that kept our little ones engaged and excited to learn throughout the year.
To further enhance our students’ learning experience, this year we visited various places for our educational trips including Wild is Life, St Elmos, and Mooland Farm. These educational trips are rewarding because they give students an appreciation and renewed respect for their communities.
ECD B Students also visited the Harare International Airport when they were learning about Transportation. Seeing the different modes of transport, meeting airport staff, and interacting with pilots gave the students a unique perspective into the world of transportation. Keeping lessons fun in our department is a huge priority.
This year students participated in Bike Day,where all students brought in a bicycle and learnt all about road safety with the assistance from Manika Bikes.
We also had a Cruise Ship Day to end our transport theme, which gave the students a first-hand experience of the different activities we can find on a cruise ship.
I would like to thank my dedicated ECD team for all their hard work and patience in shaping the minds of our students.
Each teacher brings a unique perspective to learning and they continue to provide the students with modern classroom experiences that cultivate learning.
Our teachers continue to enroll in Professional Development courses which encourage them to learn new skills that keep them motivated in the classroom. We look forward to a great year ahead with more exploring and discovery!

Infants Department
It is unbelievable that we have come to the end of yet another exciting year.
2024 started on a high note with the addition of another grade 1 class to make three. Mrs. P Mafaune joined the Infants department, and we now have a compliment of five teachers.
Our departmental motto is “Reader, Writer and Problem Solver.” This motto is our backbone, and it guides us in reading, writing and numeracy.
As a department we lay the foundation of both Zimsec and Cambridge syllabi. We believe in teaching and imparting literacy and numeracy skills which the children will use all their lives.
For our handwriting we use cursive and for reading we use the phonetic approach basing our teaching on Letterland. I am proud to say that all our learners can write legibly and are excellent readers. We encourage our children to think outside the box hence they do varied projects in Science and Heritage Social Studies.

Our grade 1s and grade 2s undertook educational tours. Grade 1s went to Mooland in Mazoe and Mwanga Lodge in Shamva. Grade 2s went to Kuimbashiri in Norton and Mwanga Lodge.
These trips give children the exposure to some of the places and concepts that they learn in class. They encourage the children to think outside the box and to explore nature whilst they are learning.
Thus, learning is not confined to the classroom. Our children visited Kasipiti Orphanage and donated a lot of groceries and clothing items.
This year the Middle Department and ECDs joined us in this project, and we really want to thank them. Our children enjoyed the day, and it was a great experience for them.
I would like to thank the great team of highly dedicated and skilled teachers in the Infants Department. They are very competent and have the motherly love to nurture the little ones throughout the year. We have witnessed our learners grow both academically and in confidence.
They participated in Allied Arts, sports and other disciplines and they have excelled in all areas. For Carnaval, the awards for Best Presentation, Best Dressed Teacher and Pupils, and Overall Best were all scooped by the Infants Department.
This highlights the dedication and excellent skills in the department. The children showcased the play “Frozen” for their Prize giving ceremony and the performance was par-excellence.

Middle Primary Department
Our Grade 3, 4 and 5 learners have made an outstanding start to the year, and I am thrilled to share the impressive academic achievements and successes of their educational excursions. Their dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm have made this academic year an exceptional one so far.
Student success is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated educators have worked diligently to provide learners with a well-rounded education that prepares them for an ever-changing world.
The Middle Department at Lusitania Primary School is a vital transitional phase, consisting of two classes per grade. Our team of six experienced educators works together to ensure a seamless transition:
Grade 3: Mrs Munhenga and Mrs Maphosa
Grade 4: Mrs Muchetu and Mr Mafaune
Grade 5: Ms Kanyangarara and Mr. P. Mutasa
Cultivating Curiosity, Confidence and Success.
The Middle Department ensures continuity and progression from the Infants Department, providing a supportive environment for learners to flourish. By integrating innovative teaching strategies, we enhance earlier learning experiences, foster academic momentum, and prepare learners for the challenges and opportunities of upper primary education. In the Middle Primary Department, we cultivate curiosity, confidence and success through:
Reading for Comprehension: fostering a love for reading and deep understanding. Reading enables easier understanding of concepts making it easy to comprehend passages given. All learners enjoy early group and individual reading every morning, helping them with fluency, spelling and comprehension. Reading should be encouraged even at home so that children develop good reading habits.
Continuous Cursive Writing Practice: developing fine motor skills and effective communication. Most learners are now able to join and shape figures and letters correctly.
Educational Excellence: encouraging academic achievement, goal setting, exploratory projects, critical thinking and creativity.
Centre for Evaluation & Monitoring (CEM)
Our Grade 5 students were the first at Lusitania to be involved in this programme which aims to expose the weaknesses and strengths in students for easy remedy before they progress to Stage 6.
From the results, our students did very well and the results helped the educators to prepare the students adequately. Reports that were generated for each student were of great value. Remedial actions were then used to assist in mastery of concepts.
CEM should be given to every student who is in grade 5 as this enables quicker identification of grey areas which would be tackled earlier. Consistency is key to our Middle Department’s success, with outstanding Cambridge and ZIMSEC results achieved year on year. The results reflect the dedication of the department to academic distinction.
Our comprehensive Life Skills curriculum empowers students with essential values, skills and knowledge to navigate life’s challenges successfully.
The Life Skills curriculum is integrated into weekly lessons and assembly presentations. Key areas of focus include:
Moral principles and discipline
Personal hygiene practices
Anti-bullying strategies
Responsibility and accountability
Drug and Substance Abuse Awareness: Educating students on the risks, consequences and prevention strategies to promote healthy choices.

Our Middle Department students participate in various co-curricular activities, such as: Sports Clubs
Allied Arts (Creative writing and Poems)
Community service initiatives e.g. clean up campaign.
The educators in the department recognize the importance of holistic education. As a result, our learners achieve academic excellence and become responsible, confident and compassionate individuals.

Upper Primary Department
As we reflect on the academic year 2024, l am filled with pride and gratitude for the remarkable progress and achievements of our Upper Primary students.
Our department has continued to thrive, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages academic excellence, creativity and character development as students prepare for high school.
Prefects camp – “Stepping Up, Standing Out’
The prefects went for a leadership camp at Lasting impressions during the second week of first term and they came back ready to tackle their leadership duties with firmness and fairness. They had some team building challenges which made them work as a team and assign each other duties. The prefects also had engaging fun games.
Trips “- Exploring heritage and History ‘
The upper school students embarked on educational trips. The grade 6 ‘s went to the balancing rocks in Epworth.
Our grade 7’s had a busy term preparing for the Common Assessment Paper and ZIMSEC examinations so did not go for day trips during the first and second term.
They are due for an international trip to Dubai in the month of November. We are all excited and looking forward to an experience of a lifetime.
Examinations
– ‘Reaching new heights ‘
Our students demonstrated exceptional performance in CHISZ assessments which saw all of them secure high school places in competitive ATS schools across the country.
Three of our Grade 7 learners won the provincial spelling bee competitions and made it through to the Nationals where they faired very well and were placed nineth and tenth positions.
Three of our learners excelled in the Cambridge Checkpoint Examination each achieving outstanding results in the Mathematics, Science and English.
All upper grades took part in the Choral speaking and managed to achieve first grades and one class with second. Two of our grade 6 learners came first at the Provincial Science Exhibition and qualified to go through to the Nationals.
It was an educational trip in line with the syllabus where they learnt about the different types of weathering and formation of rocks. They were amazed by the breath-taking balancing rocks which are found on our local currency.
The grade 6 ‘s also took a tour to the new Parliament. The tour guide took them through the different houses and the roles that they played. The learners enjoyed the honour of being addressed as Honorable Ministers.
Our grade 6 students were the first group to write the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM) online examination and performed very well. Two of our students enrolled for an international violin and piano music examinations to be written in October.
This year has been marked by growth, resilience and a strong commitment to education. I extend my gratitude to the teachers, students and parents for their unwavering support and dedication.

Together, we will continue to build a nurturing learning environment that promotes excellence and lifelong learning. The Upper Primary Department success is a testament to the dedication of our teachers and students.
To the Grade 7 students, we wish you all the best as you embark on your high school journey. Lift the Lusitania flag high and continue to soar.
Future – ‘Dreams in progress’
If we could introduce coding and robotics as subjects to every student as we prepare them for the global community.
Teachers would also benefit from collaborating with international educators using the online platforms.
We are looking forward to a successful 2025.
Mathematics Remedial Department
The Mathematics Remedial Department is in essence a (Learner Support Centre) that offers one-on-one tuition to all pupils at different learning stages. We deal with the specific needs diagnosed by teachers during the week.
There are no permanent remedial groups. Our intention is to correct errors and improve one ‘s skills in mathematics. Remediation helps to get the student back on track so they can continue their learning with confidence.
It means that we will be working with students who might be missing the foundational skills required for learning higher level concepts.
We use methods that are dedicatedly made to help students that face difficulty in catching up with concepts or are not able to match the pace of their classmates.
We go back to the concrete when we realize that a student is facing learning distortions. We address any learning gaps. Challenges faced earlier in the year by most pupils: struggling to keep up, lack of confidence, mathematics anxiety.
It is pleasing to note that most students being sent to the Support Centre are progressing most satisfactorily in most areas of the syllabus after Differentiated instruction

The Lusitania Primary School Culture Department stands as a beacon of creativity and inspiration. With a rich tapestry of artistic programs, the school has become a nurturing ground for young talent, fostering both performing and visual arts among its students.
In this thriving 21st century environment, children are encouraged to express themselves by providing them with the tools that equip them to explore their imaginations and develop their artistic skills.
The school offers opportunities that further enhance academic learning and foster essential life skills. In this article, we explore the dynamic world of arts in Lusitania, highlighting the inspiring efforts of our beloved students, teachers and the community.

Our Music Department presented twenty-five students who took part in international music examinations under the London College of Music, a subsidiary of the University of West London.
The examinations and assessments included a piano soloists and violin recitals with children from the infant’s department to upper primary being part of the optional program.
Once again, we express our deepest appreciation to their parents who constantly support the music department’s efforts to offer quality education which is second to none.

Portuguese Department
The Portuguese Department has been committed to fostering the development of the Portuguese language and culture through a variety of educational and cultural initiatives.
By offering high-quality language courses, engaging in research, and promoting cultural exchange, the department plays a crucial role in connecting Portuguese-speaking communities around the world.
Our focus is not only on teaching the language but also on deepening students’ understanding of the rich cultural heritage associated with it, from literature and history to contemporary issues.
Celebrating June 10, the Day of Camões, Portuguese Communities, and the Portuguese Language, is a significant occasion for our department. It serves as a reminder of the global importance of the Portuguese language, which is spoken by millions across several continents.
By marking this day, we reinforce the idea that the Portuguese language is not just a means of communication but a bridge connecting people, fostering unity, and preserving the shared values and heritage of Portuguese-speaking communities worldwide.
Through events, workshops, and lectures held on this day, the department emphasizes the ongoing relevance of the Portuguese language in the global context and its role in international dialogue and cultural exchange.
Last year 2023, 23 students wrote the Camões Exam and 18 of them passed. . This year we have 40 students who have registered to write the Camões Exam. This is a testament to the education.
The day honors Luís de Camões, a symbol of Portuguese literary greatness, and provides an opportunity to celebrate the enduring cultural bonds between Portugal and its diaspora communities.
ICT Department
As we reflect on another outstanding year in our ICT department, we take pride in the progress we’ve made in technology education and student engagement. Our dedication to nurturing a passion for learning is perfectly embodied in our motto, “Aspire to Inspire.”
ICT curriculum and results
This year, our curriculum was designed around three robust syllabi: CHISZ Computers, ZIMSEC, and IC3 Spark (Microsoft), providing students with a well-rounded education in technology to ensure that they are fully prepared for the digital age.
As we eagerly await the ZIMSEC examination results, we are bursting with pride over the dedication and hard work our students demonstrated in the CHISZ Computers and IC3 Spark (Microsoft) examinations. Their performance was exceptional. Out of 50 candidates who took the CHISZ Computers examination, all passed, with 39 achieving distinctions and 11 earning credits.
Moreover, 33 students sat for the IC3 Spark (Microsoft) exam, and every single one passed in one sitting, with outstanding scores. We are absolutely thrilled by the achievements of our young computer enthusiasts!
ICT Clubs
Highlights included a visit to the Royal Finesse VR Theme Park at Westgate, Harare, and a thrilling roller-skating trip at Sam Levy’s Village in Borrowdale. These activities were designed to fulfil the club’s mission, emphasising on core values such as discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and, of course, having fun!
Another significant achievement was our inaugural participation in the national First Lego League competition on July 27, 2024, at Chisipite Senior School. Our talented teams showcased their skills and teamwork, bringing home a trophy! This accomplishment reflects our students’ dedication and passion for innovation.
State-of-the-art computer lab
Our state-of-the-art computer lab, furnished with modern furniture, interactive boards, and other advanced technology, provides an inspiring learning environment. All students have Microsoft licenses and access to the latest tools, empowering them to explore their creativity and cultivate essential 21st-century skills.
Our clubs have continued to flourish, providing students with hands-on experiences and opportunities to explore their interests. The Kidz in Tech Zimbabwe Robotics club and Lego Robotics Club have achieved remarkable milestones, while the Drone Club has captured the imagination of many.
The Computer Club has also been actively developing their web development skills, showcasing both creativity and technical expertise. A standout feature of the year was the Lego Robotics Club, which organised two holiday boot camps and engaging outings.
Website and social media platforms
In addition to our curriculum and extracurricular activities, we proudly maintain a dynamic website and engaging social media platforms. These channels are filled with information, celebrating our students’ achievements and keeping our community informed and connected.
The prosperous and memorable movie night
To wrap up an action-packed year, we are thrilled to share the success of our vibrant and fun-filled fundraising day, which was followed by an engaging and memorable movie night that brought joy to everyone.
This event was not only aimed to support our department’s programmes, but also to strengthen family bonds, as students enjoyed the film alongside their parents and relatives.
The afternoon was packed with excitement, featuring activities such as virtual reality (VR) games, computer games, jumping castles, and trampolines, which left all the pupils eagerly asking for more.
Many even wished for these activities to become a regular event, held weekly or monthly. Above all, it was a reminder of our department’s guiding principle: “Aspire to Inspire.”
As we continue to aspire to inspire, we look forward to another year of innovation, achievement, and community building in our ICT department. Thank you for being part of this journey with us!
