WELCOME Welcome to Indianapolis! On behalf of the Sigma Board of Directors, we welcome you to Leadership Connection 2018 and the opportunity to connect with more than 400 colleagues and Sigma leaders. This two-part conference represents a tremendous opportunity to exchange information and learn the latest in personal and professional leadership. This year’s Leadership Connection theme, Transformative Nursing Leadership, is reflected in more than 250 podium presentations, posters, and special sessions. To get the most out of this conference, we encourage you to download and use our event app to navigate your way through the sessions and connect with other attendees.
