back to charities in our community and have a passion for finding cute, trendy, and well-made clothing for babies and toddlers. FUN FACT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY:
The idea of Bubba & Slim was created after the arrival of our sons Liam and Rhett—we‘re two best friends with boys two days apart. Rhett arrived on June 23, 2019, and Liam arrived unplanned shortly after on June 25, 2019. They just couldn’t wait to be friends. We believe that motherhood is best celebrated with a support group of other mommies cheering you on and have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible moms throughout our journey so far! Because of this, we’ve decided to name each of our clothing items after our supportive mommy friends (and their babies). Bubba & Slim is named after our boys: Rhett (Bubba) and Liam (Slim). FIRST JOB: Mervyn’s (Lauren); Mrs. Fields (Andi). FAVORITE FOOD: Shrimp tacos (Lauren); sushi (Andi). LAST BIG PURCHASE: An upgraded “mom car” (Lauren); a new house (Andi). WHEN NOT WORKING, YOU CAN BE FOUND: Spending time with my
family, working out, and occasionally checking out local wineries (Lauren); driving my kids to and from school and sports, attending a cycling class, or visiting with family and friends (Andi).
YOU LOVE LIVING HERE, BECAUSE:
The entire community is so supportive to small businesses. We love all of the locally owned shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the trails.
