unning is one of the most popular sports in the world. It is practiced by people of all ages and backgrounds. So, what’s all the fuss about? Well, that’s what this article will cover. One of the many reasons why running is such a popular sport is that it requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. All you need to build a running habit is a little bit of motivation. People run for many reasons. Be it for the weight loss benefits or because it has been known to improve mental health. There isn’t one of us that couldn’t benefit from developing a daily running habit.

What Types of Running Can You Do? There are two main types of running: short sprints and long distance running.
