Frederick M. Taylor points out that none of us possesses the scope of knowledge, skill, and experience that would allow us to claim, responsibly, “I know everything.” Therefore, he believes that it is only through diverse cooperation that we can implement this kind of constructive help, which contributes to the success and happiness of our fellow humans not only in theory but also on a practical level. He adds he is convinced that, since here and now the future and existence of our humanity is at stake, some personal interests must be relinquished.
