And, naturally, we expect the same fair exchange transaction in the instant of every purchase. It’s worth being clear that in these kinds of cases, when as consumers we see that we have practically received nothing for our money, then it is not only us customers that are woefully shortchanged (which in itself results in severe financial loss), but the reliable representatives of the given professional area is materially impacted as well.
