CAMP RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City - A 51-year-old woman is bound to spend the rest of her life behind bars following her arrest, morning of June 2, at her residence in Purok-1, Barangay Morgado, Santiago, Agusan del Norte. Police identified the suspect as Agnes Evangelista, married, who has a standing warrant of arrest issued by Judge. Gael P. Paderanga of RTC Branch 34, Cabadbaran City.
